Cute old school diner atmosphere. Gluten-free options, even 🥞 pancakes! They make the gluten-free stuff on a dedicated part of the grill, but on the same grill.

The staff was knowledgeable and said most everything could be made gluten free and they practice safety procedures when cooking. The OMG French toast lives up to its name and is a must order item.

Snooze offers gluten free pancakes and French toast. I had the blueberry danish pancakes and it was so delicious! I am not celiac but very gluten sensitive and didn’t have any reaction. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Waiter was very knowledgeable and considerate of gluten free accommodations. While there is no dedicated GF menu, the waiter explained that there were only 3 items on the menu that couldn’t be made GF, with the rest able too be modified. Pancakes were amazing and were brought out with a little “Gluten-Free” labeled toothpick.

They use the term gluten friendly on their menu. There are some GF items I didn’t feel comfortable ordering with celiacs but I’ve had success with their omelettes and hash browns so far. Always crowded on the weekend place with fun retro inspired design.
Fantastic pancakes. Had not trouble after eating here will definitely be going back

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
