First, I’m celiac and did not get sick.

We ordered takeout online. Each item we looked at had the option to customize and specify allergens.

I had scrambled eggs with bacon, cheddar, avocado, mixed greens and gf toast. Bread and bacon were very flavorful. Generous with cheddar, scant on avocado. My daughter got the gf version of the Buddah Bowl. It was good. We agreed that both meals would have been better eat-in… breakfast in general doesn’t take-out well.

Staff was knowledgable. The manager caught a kitchen mistake with non-gf toast. It took longer to get my order but he had them remake my entire order to eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination. Kudos to him!!! Because of the delay, he also gave me coupons for free gf pancakes on my next visit.

Delicious breakfast! Great service, patient server helping with allergies (gluten, dairy, tree-nut). Great selection for GF, limited for Dairy-free though. Vegan pancakes were a hit though. Banana taste very mild, which was perfect for dairy free kiddo.

Fantastic! They had gluten-free pancakes in almost all the flavors as well as gluten-free toast options! They waitstaff were very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely be returning!

They can make almost of the pancakes gf. They can’t make any of them dairy free though. Very good, will be going back!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
