I told them I was gluten free but ended up ordering a dish that was naturally gluten free, but they gave me a gluten-free pancake on the house because the waiter told me he’d heard they were good! And he was right! It was delicious and fluffy!

Server was great. They can make any of their pancakes gluten free. They were absolutely delicious.

I’ve eaten here several times now. Great gluten free pancakes. Egg dishes are tasty too. Did not get sick.

The waiter was very attentive to my gluten free needs and my daughter’s dairy free restrictions. The gf options are huge, like most of the menu can be accomodated - French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict, etc. So many options that I needed help ordering. I ended up getting half orders of OMG French toast and Habernro Eggs Benedict. Amazingly wonderful! It’s my new favorite breakfast spot! If waiting for a seat is an issue, then try to come at times that are earlier or not a weekend. But worth the wait! Definitely wasn’t “living without” here!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
