Delicious pizza! I’m pretty sensitive to cross-contamination but had no reaction. The crust is just your standard-issue gf crust, so not incredible or special, but good to have as an option. And lots of house-made toppings, including some more unusual ones like pineapple chutney.

GF items are indicated on the menu and there were a couple GF non-pizza entrees.

They told me everything fried is cross-contaminated. Bummer, because the fries looked amazing, but I enjoyed my pizza.

I would NOT recommend eating here is you have celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable, nice, and honest that its not a good place for celiacs. The pizza is cooked on same surface as regular pizza, no precautions are taken at all, and one of the pasta is cooked in the same water as regular pasta. However, the french fries have a separate fryer and penne pasta is cooked separately if you ask. My family who is not gf loved there food.

Knowledgeable staff and really good food! Not a ton of gluten-free options but the ones they had were very good. I had the Moroccan Beef Stew, it was really good. They also have several gluten-free desert options.

The only food Celiacs can order safely is a salad here but their pear chicken salad is delicious. Gluten Free pizzas are cooked in the same wood oven as non GF pizzas, not safe for Celiacs!

Pizza and salad were good but not gluten free. Definitely had a bad gluten reaction even though they promise it's GF. This is a problem lost of restaurants have - the original server gets my story/GF needs but two other people try to deliver the meal. In this case they tried to deliver three incorrect dishes!! I then had almost no confidence in their ability to deliver a GF meal. Should have trusted my intuition and left. Once a celiac identifies ourselves to a server, no other server should be involved. In fact in Italy the server starts the plate and sticks a little GF Flag on it to prevent the usual issues- wheat toast, croutons, wrong item (with wheat) etc. being placed on the dish. The same server then followed the plate through the kitchen to prevent any gluten contamination. I suggest this method for Solstice, whenever a celiac makes an order.

If they're going to say their pizza is GF, they need to make it in a separate kitchen area and bake it in a separate oven. Anything else and the crust WILL have wheat flour in it.

Don't go unless you really like noise. It's all hard surfaces and a lot of people talking over that.

That said, my husband had a great wheat pizza (4 out of 5 rating for that).

I can't even begin to stress how disappointed we were with Solstice. After waiting more than 20 minutes for just our drinks, we were informed another 20 minutes later (40 min after ordering) that what we ordered wasn't available. The service was horrid and I can't tell you how the food is because they couldn't serve what was on their menu. I was so hopeful and yet so let down!!!

The pizza was so good with a "real" crust, not just a prepackaged disk. The topping s were plentiful and tasty. They have Daiya cheese for people that can't have dairy. One of the best GF DF pizzas I've ever had! The space in the kitchen is not dedicated although the pizza pans are - so there is risk of cross contamination.

food was great. Kids loved the pizza. The best was their smore dessert. That was amazing! They have a variety of fun toys for the kids to play with, kids of all ages. My son reacts within a few hours for with celiacs and is extremely sensitive. no reaction! not a dedicated kitchen.

Excellent food, excellent service. I don't know if this restaurant is celiac friendly or not. They seemed knowledgeable about the needs of those who must eat gluten free.

This is a primarily a pizza shop, however almost everything on the menu has a GF option. The waitress we had was very rude and not helpful when I asked about how the GF food was prepared. Overall the experience was poor due to service, but the food was good.

The pizza was banging.... Very very good. However my brother found some sort of bug/food in his ice and then we ordered dessert and there was a long black hair in it. Waitress never offered to take money off our check or anything. My dad had salmon and said it was delicious. I was not impressed by the service.... Waitresses and bus boys kept charging around and knocked both my moms and my purse off the back of our chairs. Worth it for the pizza but maybe lunch would be a better time. Seemed like dinner was all about the bar and alcohol
