They are very cautious and have a wide variety of gluten free options. Would love to see them come to Colorado!

I have celiac disease and feel safe eating here because the staff seems trained to change their gloves and use different surfaces. It does make me a little nervous sometimes though that their pesto is used with a brush, the same brush that probably touched bread. That being said, I rarely eat here. It is a bit pricey and I'm just not in love with the food.

I hate to be the one person with a negative review but I really have never been satisfied with Spoleto. The past is always over cooked, the chicken is overpriced and dry, and the staff knows nothing. (To the girl who said the pesto isn’t safe- not true. I’ve gotten it multiple times with no issue.) it’s also insanely overpriced, and you pay $2 extra for GF, getting half as much food as regular dishes. Not worth it.

Excellent! We wound up being the first customers of the day so I can speak to cross contamination risk, but it seems like they know what they're doing. I had the new classic risotto and it was very good. It's nice to have so many options.

Ordered gluten free fettuccine with the pesto sauce, and any 6 toppings available. It was delicious!

Super helpful, for 7 year old, flat bread prepared on separate tray. She enjoyed it very much, highly recommend.

Spoleto has delicious gluten free pasta and flatbreads. It’s a build your own experience, and the staff swaps gloves and uses separate clean pans. Everything is made to order while you watch! Basically all the toppings except the giant meatball are gluten free, as are all of the sauces. I have eaten there 3-4 times in the past six weeks that I have lived nearby, and have been happy every time!
