Gluten free pasta made in a new pan with new tongs. All sauces, toppings and protien(except meatballs) are gf, and they also have risotto as well!

I would give 5 stars but the guy at the front thought that gluten was cheese BUT he was honestly doing it out of concern and my food came out perfectly, I did not get sick. many gluten and dairy free options huge portions and nice atmosphe. they cook your food in New pans with New utencils, change gloves, and the gluten free pasta is not boiled in the same water as regular pasta.

Amazing!!! Gluten free pasta choice. Every type of sauce and topping available. Only thing with gluten in it are the meatballs.

They are very cautious and have a wide variety of gluten free options. Would love to see them come to Colorado!

Excellent! We wound up being the first customers of the day so I can speak to cross contamination risk, but it seems like they know what they're doing. I had the new classic risotto and it was very good. It's nice to have so many options.

Ordered gluten free fettuccine with the pesto sauce, and any 6 toppings available. It was delicious!

Super helpful, for 7 year old, flat bread prepared on separate tray. She enjoyed it very much, highly recommend.

Spoleto has delicious gluten free pasta and flatbreads. It’s a build your own experience, and the staff swaps gloves and uses separate clean pans. Everything is made to order while you watch! Basically all the toppings except the giant meatball are gluten free, as are all of the sauces. I have eaten there 3-4 times in the past six weeks that I have lived nearby, and have been happy every time!
