This was amazing! Lady was very nice and made it away from everything. My allergy is pretty bad and I had zero issues! ❤❤ daughter was cute too hanging out at the deli.

Had a wonderful experience here. In ordering I did specify I was celiac, and the person prepping did state that she couldn’t guarantee cross contamination but did tell me the lengths they go to to prevent it (changing gloves, washing hands, wiping down the line, always keeping my sandwich on large wrapping paper and pulling all toppings from the back). That worked for me! Had a delicious turkey and cranberry sandwich, maybe my favorite I’ve had since going GF, just down the street from the shop, watching the ferry come in. Highly recommend!

Just about as safe as you can get in a regular sandwich shop. The staff came out and explained their celiac protocol to me before I ordered (they wash their hands/change gloves, use separate surfaces and utensils, grab from fresh bags of toppings) so I decided to go for it and didn’t experience any symptoms!! They said that they have lots of celiac regulars and were very happy to accommodate me, despite the extra effort required.

Stumbled upon during a day trip. One of the top 5 deli sandwiches I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and asked if I had celiacs. They changed gloves, etc.
Brought our sandwiches and chips on our bike basket and had an awesome day.

This place was great! They have Udi’s gluten free bread for the sandwiches. When my dad and I, both celiacs, filled out an order, they noticed and asked if we were celiac. When we said yes, they made sure to let us know that they would use a separate counter and parchment paper for our sandwiches. In addition, they let us know that they planned to grab ingredients from the back that have not been touched yet. It made me feel safe instantly and we both enjoyed our lunch.

The bread here was delicious. They don't have a dedicated space to make their sandwiches, but they do change all of their gloves & knives, and they use wax paper to do everything they can to limit cross contamination. Traditional style Italian subs, breakfast sandwiches, and build your own options. A solid place to grab a sandwich to pack for an afternoon picnic or hike. 6.5 out of 10.
