Proceed with caution! One time I came and they totally catered to me being gluten free and assured me that they take their protocols very seriously because the owner’s daughter has celiac. However, different time, different waiter, they were guessing what “should be ok.” I was even suggested the fried chicken but then was not warned of the shared fryer, after having just discussed how I could not use the shared fryer for French fries 🤪. But there are options available. There are gluten free buns, and the food is delicious.

In the past when I visited, I was told only 2-3 options were gluten free and they were meh in taste. I visited recently and Taylor was my server. She told me almost anything non-fried on the menu could be accommodated for me (I’m gluten intolerant, cross-contamination isn’t a problem for me). I split meals with my sister and the white fish taco and the ahi bowl (with accommodations) were great! It definitely depends on your server’s willingness and training- but there were great options. Ambience was fun, cocktails great, and Taylor made the difference as the server! More training clearly needed for other waitstaff. If you come during busy times without reservations, it a long wait.

Very few GF choices and server didn’t seem very sure about them. It made me very nervous. We waited 2 hours to be able to even order, then even longer to get our food. We will not be back.

Only had brunch options in my experience, no GF menu, and VERY expensive for food that was just OK.
They had a huge selection of gluten free items, they also seemed to genuinely care about cross contamination. However, the food was terrible and expensive. It was not just my food that was not good, all 5 dishes were just terrible. Their ranch tastes like tartar sauce, their hamburgers were grilled to a crisp, their chicken was so dry couldn't be eaten and sooo expensive! I wouldn't go back.

Newly opened restaurant in October 2016. Same owners of HG Sply on Greenville Ave in Dallas. Review of Brunch menu.Pros: No gluten-free menu, however many items can be made gluten-free. Kids menu. Empire gluten-free buns and bread for burgers and sandwiches. Corn tortillas can be substituted for flour. Potato chips and potato salad are safe gluten-free sides. Cons: Same fryer for sweet potato fries. No dessert options.
