They offered two gluten free options but there is a lot of opportunity for cross contamination - they added my gf donut into a shared bag with two gluten donuts.

If you're avoiding gluten due to thyroid and automimmine you could most likely eat these (just 1-1.5) and feel a little tired but not throw up. However, whoever said you can have these if you're allergic to wheat is a total idiot. My medical degree and common sense says no amount of an allergen is safe and these are swimming in the same oil with wheat so cross contamination absolutely hurts those with allergies. Jesus, I wish I could delete absurd people's comments. These are not safe for celiac or allergy patients! They are however super tasty. The seasonal gingerbread is the best.

They offer “gluten-less” donuts which are made without gluten, but on shared equipment. Those donuts are also in the same display case with all others, on the bottom shelf no less. Not celiac friendly, but may be okay if you’re just gluten-sensitive.
No
This place offers donuts “without gluten” but then goes on to state only that they do not contain wheat. Next, there is no separate fryer, so they are cross contaminated. What is the point? Before I asked that she almost grabbed them with dirty gloves and tongs. It looked like they baked their donuts from the pans on the side so I asked. They laughed in reply. Really? I bake gluten free donuts. Why bother Stans ?

Gf donuts placed in same case as gluten, and below them as well. No way is any of it safe to eat
No
Not safe for celiac at all. Shared equipment including trays, and gf donuts are on the very bottom shelf under all the regular donuts. Coffee was great, stick with that and go to Do Rite around the corner.
No
The donuts are not safe for celiacs. There is a do rite donut 2 doors down that has amazing and safe gf donuts so go there instead!

If you are not super sensitive, it’s a great place! Can’t tell it’s gluten free or “gluten-less” as they say. I loved the chocolate donut! They don’t use different gloves and the gluten-less donuts are on the bottom shelf, below the gluten containing donuts. But if you aren’t sensitive, it’s a must try!
No
Donuts are not “gluten free” they are next to the regular donuts and staff is not knowledgable. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to do rite!

Super good!!! Donuts are light and moist. Blueberry is especially good! Texture of pistachio was good too but lacks flavor.
The staff is not knowledgeable and their donuts are not safe for celiacs or people with an allergy. They fry them in the same oil!
No
Didn’t even risk eating here. The “gluten-less” donuts are all in the same case as the gluten filled donuts. Disappointing. Go to do-rite donuts instead.

while the doughnut tasted good, they were not safe and I was sick all day
The gluten-less blueberry and chocolate were delicious. We went to the location on Damen in Wicker Park. So good that we went two days in a row. No stomach issues
I had eaten donuts here and was really sick after. Went back a week later to re-ask about their gf donuts and was told that they are fried in same oil as the regulate donuts. Definitely NOT safe for celiacs

awesome gf blueberry frosted, chocolate covered and pink donut.
Use same cooking area and fryers they cook gluten items. Celiacs be aware.

I went last week and they had a "less gluten" donut. I asked for and they told me that they hadn't a gluten free one.
First awesome gluten free donut!

I have gluten allergies. Went here last year and their donuts are delicious I had the blubbery one. They are not 100%gluten free. I felt really strange after eating one. I would t recommend going here to anyone with gluten allergies or celiac.

Not gluten free if fried in the same oil. “GF” donut was also placed in the same box as other donuts!

Their donuts are great but not safe for celiac. They are safe if you have a wheat allergy or intolerance but not celiac bc they are cooked in the same oil.

Their 2 options for supposedly gluten free donuts never change nor are they gluten free. One of their servers told me the donuts are all fried in the same oil as the non gluten free donuts.
