The server I asked about gluten didn't know much, but got the manager who was pretty knowledgeable. We managed to find food we could eat, but there was not much selection, they had no gf substitutions for their wheat-containing foods, and it was seriously over-priced. $9 for a tiny kid-sized burger with no bun, $17 for a cob salad? The food tasted fine, and we were hungry after a day of biking around at Point Reyes! And so far no sign of a cross-contamination reaction. But I don't think we'll eat there again; it's just not worth it.

I do not recommend this restaurant! When I asked the waitress what was GF on the menu, she literally laughed at me, and said, "No much!' I walked out. There is no reason to treat customers that way. Looking at the menu, there's many things that are probably GF. She just didn't want to bother. Totally uncalled for!
I am gluten-sensitive and ordered a Ruben “Sandwich” on a bed of lettuce (no bun) and it was pretty tasty. They gave me extra sauerkraut, which seemed to be housemade, as well as housemade potato chips. Waitress was friendly and semi-knowledgeable about gluten free items, although I’m not sure if I would have felt all that confident if I was celiac. She was very attentive and kept refilling our iced tea. The place itself is very diner-like.
Knowledgeable staff, flexible kitchen, excellent food. Just tell them you are GF up front, they bring non-GF popovers to start. Chef knew to ask if we were also dairy intolerant.
