I ate here with a small group, and while it was pretty expensive (average across 4 people, $125 a person), the food was incredible. I was uncertain about the fries, but holy crap they were great. The portion is a little stingy, but not a big deal.

Felt fine afterward, so 5 stars!

As soon as our waiter arrived she asked if anyone had allergies. Such great care went into ordering and checking on all my orders. Delish food and great service!

Amazing! Menu is marked which items are naturally GF, and which items can be modified to be GF. Server was excellent, asked about cross contamination and was very attentive and cautious. I had the bacon, salad and steak and it was all excellent. Fried rice and Brussels. Their strawberry cheesecake dessert was so good I had to ask and make sure it was gluten free. Definitely will be back!!!

I first ate here three years ago and it was just as delicious this time. Complimentary fries with garlic aïoli were delicious and gluten-free from a dedicated fryer. Steak and baked potato were cooked to perfection. No issues with gluten afterwards.

Incredible, safe and amazing are three words I would use to describe our experience at Stripsteak. We enjoyed the best steak we have ever eaten in our lives, asparagus, and strawberry cheesecake. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac and reassuring when we had questions about CC.

Ate here for the first time last week. Fabulous.

To start, the server brought over fries in a truffle garlic aioli. I just knew I couldn't have them but he assured me they were safe and in a separate fryer. Love language. Later I asked for an entire bucket of them.

Next was the Instant Bacon that they were able to modify. Pork belly with the most delicious yumminess as far as a sauce.

Then came the Wagyu and whipped potatoes. There are many delightful descriptors for this meal. The main word is: SAFE.

The wine, the food, the service: YES!!

I asked the waitress for a gluten free but they unfortunately do not have one anymore. However, she was very knowledgeable and told me what to avoid. She gave us a complimentary French fries with aioli. I ordered a fillet mignon and shared a side of mashed potatoes with the hubs. Both were excellent. The hubs enjoyed his ribeye steak immensely. We also shared a gf cheesecake for dessert. The waitress even made sure to tell me the crust was gf.

Gluten free menu. Waitress appeared knowledgeable of gluten free, asked if it was a preference or allergy. 12 hours after a delicious steak not sick.

They can make the fries for you but you have to let them know. The fries they bring out are in a shared oil. It's worth the wait! Food was really good. Request the allergy menu and it's all clearly listed.

Very knowledgable. Fries are brought to table as an appetizer (instead of bread) and are fried in their own fryer so safe for Celiac. Amazing steaks and au gratin potatoes as well.

Was there over the weekend and wanted to get at least one good meal, and this was definitely it!Was well accommodated w/, my questions were given high regards as well. Had the 16 oz Kansas city strip steak medium rare w/ two excellent sides, potatoes au gratin and the broccolini. The chef also sent out a side of the french fries which were cooked in a dedicated potato fryer to my delight! If you want to enjoy your trip to Vegas w/ a good steak dinner I strongly recommend checking out this place.Only the best,Jesse
