They now have Tamari as of Sept. 2023. Waiter told me that most of the sauces have gluten in them. He ended up going to the kitchen and it sounds like the mango sauce and siracha are gluten free. I stayed with the classic sushi rolls because I was a bit concerned about the rolls with all of the sauces, etc. also totally not sure about any of the other entrees - most looked like they were not gluten free.

No GF soy, but they are flexible and fresh!
They do NOT have GF soy sauce or Tamari. Our waiter said they get lots of requests but the owner has declined to make it available. So unfortunate.
It's ok. The sushi was fresh. They didn't have gf soy sauce today. They are willing to adjust rolls to be gf , but basically they are just leaving off the sauces. Our 3 different rolls pretty much taste the same. Also beware, we ordered a roll that said nothing about crab and it came with the fake crab that isn't gf, they remade it with no issue, but if I hadn't caught it if be ill.
Just a note the curries and pad Thai are both pre-made and contain gluten.

Got the sushi. I just wrote on the form, gluten free and told the server. It was the fastest service I've every had and the food was fresh and I didn't get sick.
Yes
This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have sushi and gf soy sauce (tamari)! I've been missing sushi a lot in the gf world but I feel safe eating here, they always play on the safe side and omit a few sauces/toppings on the sushi. Good cocktails, nice people, bogo sushi!
