Update 8/22 - They are still horrible with GF. Don't risk it. We tried again yesterday and my sons meal came out covered in a brown mushroom sauce. After waiting 45 minutes, and everyone else done eating, my sons meal still wasn't remade. We ended up leaving and made him dinner at home. Very disappointing for such a popular restaurant.
Not celiac safe. Likely ok if you have a gluten intolerance but with celiac you can't take chances. We didn't feel comfortable eating here after asking the waiter why the potato chips on the menu are not marked GF but the Potachos app is marked GF. We learned that even when marked GF, everything is done in the SAME fryer. No separate GF frier. The staff was very unhelpful. My son ended up getting just a plain burger, no sides and we left disappointed.
When the waiter says he has served GF people the fried food before and "they haven't gotten sick", that is not a ringing endorsement. If you aren't going to have a dedicated fryer, that is fine BUT don't try to say that you KNOW it will be fine and it wont hurt a celiac. That is a complete misunderstanding of the issue.

I asked if the fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer and the server responded “there’s other food in the fryer but they probably aren’t cross contaminated.” Not very comforting.

Food is OK, halfway decent GF options, but staff has limited knowledge. But was safe and acceptable.
Yes
The service was great and the food was great too. But one thing that disappeared me was the sirloin steak it was good and all but not much flavor and it was kinda burnt. I suggest getting the mashed potatoes they are amazing! But anyway it was great food I know it’s hard to satisfy gf people because there isn’t a lot to offer in a restaurant but at least they tried. And thank you Jessica you were a great waitress!
Yes
They have what's gluten free on the menu and they have gluten free buns for burgers now. The steak tips are why I keep coming back
I like to Thank Silva St., Grille for being gluten-free the waitress is very friendly and knowledge of gluten-free like to thank her again thank you Sam.
Yes
They are very nice and show you what is the difference from the gluten free and not. They also bring your meals separately from mine that was gluten free to my family's that was not gluten free.
It is barely ok. Typical accommodation which is not very imaginative and boils down to going without. So if you want a burger, it is without a bun. No dedicated fryer further reducing options. Would only go back if others in my party were fans of the place. The only upside is the outdoor seating is pretty nice.
They have gluten free menu but when you look online it looks like their potatoes skins are gluten free but on their actual menu thy tell you to avoid them if you have a severe gluten allergy. Severs are knowledgable about gluten free.
I got the steak tips, mashed potatoes, and veggies. The staff was somewhat knowledgeable about cross contamination and they confirmed with the chefs, however I’m not fully confident.

Many things on the menu are listed "GF" but are NOT. Example: the turkey tips are listed as smothered in their homemade BBQ sauce and served with rice pilaf. We double checked with the server and the BBQ sauce is NOT gluten free.
No
Food is good but be careful when ordering anything fried. They list it on the menu as GF but I got very sick.
Ordered take out IN PERSON and specified my allergy 3 times. Got in car and flour tortillas in bag. Didn't even seem sorry about it.
