Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and risk of contamination. Only a few of the breakfast items could be made gluten free, but they were accommodating. The fryer is not dedicated GF. The food is overall very good, albeit expensive

Most of the menu can be prepared gluten free and the food is very tasty! No dedicated fryer but many things are pan fried.
