The food was delicious but I was definitely glutened when there. So my rating is about that and they have very few gluten free beer (none) choices.

Safest place in town. Tons of employees are celiac so they take it VERY seriously. Lots of variety and specials. We used them to cater our engagement party!

The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. Our daughter has celiac disease and is very sensitive to any gluten. We eat here 2-3 times a month and she has never had any reaction. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone who needs to be GF.

We LOVE this place! It is a place that has NEVER made our celiac kiddo sick. And, the food is so good! It’s locally owned, the owners are super friendly, the food is amazing, and they know celiac (one of their employees actually has celiac disease)!

The food is safe with dedicated prep area. Just voted best gluten free in Springfield Illinois. Best of all, food is delicious. We tried fish, Brussels sprout, and pork carnitas tacos. Delicious. Blood orange almond and Mexican flourless desserts topped off a great meal.

Excellent. Lots of GF options. Today the special was Fried Chicken Street Tacos. Omg the flavor was amazing and I also got the flourless chocolate cake but have not eaten it yet.

I not only need gluten free but also dairy and soy free. I was able to have a delicious pork carnitas. My husband’s steak option was also gluten and dairy free!! Success

I was so happy when I found tacology. They are very dedicated to being GF and almost all of their menu is GF, even the fried fish. I had a great experience and definitely recommend

Very tasty food. And all I had to say was that I need to eat gluten-free. Our server told me that he has Celiac Disease as does the owner, and that they take it very seriously. There are only a few menu items which are not GF - they are all clearly labeled. He told me that the items with gluten are prepared in an entirely separate area in the kitchen. I will definitely be back.
