I ordered the Pollo Monterey and let the waitress know that I needed it to be Gluten Free. I believe they took the proper precautions but since I wasn't in the back I'm not sure what measures were taken.

I've eaten here three times now and not had an issue of any sort. The chips and salsa are gluten-free. There are a number of menu items available, you can get pretty much anything you want. I've had the enchiladas, Chile Riano, and a chicken breast with vegetables and cheese, I can't remember the name. :-) The menu notes that they are trained in preparing gluten-free meals, The meal comes out with a little pick so you can tell it's been prepared GF

I’ve loved this place since I was a kid, and since having to go gluten-free, I’ve been super excited to eat here again. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. The food is good. You can even order the enchilada family pack gluten-free, which is awesome! 100% recommend this place if you need a good place for gluten-free food.

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about Celiac's/cross contamination. Ate there with no ill effects and would eat there again if I lived locally.

My wife is celiac, and was very happy about the menu. Plenty of gluten free items, knowledgeable staff, and her meal had a 'GF' sticker on the plate to identify it.

Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Good food, several options, well marked on the menu and they also brought me a GF menu. Didn’t get sick!

We tried another place on our trip and left to due lack of knowledge. We decided to try this place. Best decision! Staff is very knowledgeable and the menu items are marked GF. Many options and they are very helpful in answering questions. I have the gluten allergy and had the Bob’s dip(amazing) and the tamale dinner. Very pleased. We will be stopping there again on our way back. The staff is trained.

Awesome. This has always been my favorite restaurant, and when I found out I had celiac, I immediately wrote it off. Turns out most of what I ate there normally is gluten free! Not only are most of the items GF, but they’re very educated and friendly. 10/10

Husband's first Mexican restaurant dining since CD diagnosis in April 2017. Very pleased, nicely priced and options are noted on menu. This will our go to place since, we'll be making routine trips to Jonesboro every couple months.

Absolutely amazing! Gluten free foods come out with a specific gluten free flag. No stomach problems at all!

Gluten Certified Kitchen and menu is highly geared to gluten free!!

I found them through the app while traveling on vacation. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. The regular menu designates which items were gluten free. I still notified them of my allergy to avoid cross contamination. I have a full wheat allergy, and had no reaction. I ate the "Fiesta" meal with chips and dip. It was all delicious. I would eat here again and recommend it to others with allergies.

This is one of the best gluten free menus I have ever found. They even bring your food out with a little "gluten free" tag on it. Amazing place! So thankful to have it locally!!

I felt safe eating at Ta Molly’s in Texarkana. My food was brought to the table separately from the meal with gluten. Mine was hand delivered by the manager. My meal was perfect. There are several menu items marked gluten free. I feel like the restaurant understands what gluten free means and takes steps to follow guidelines. I will definitely return.

Ate here with my husband yesterday and had a great experience. Highly recommend, service was fast, food was good, and price was excellent! I also have a severe gluten allergy, and I felt safe and they took care of me. GLUTEN FREE! Thank you! I am gluten free and they take allergies very seriously here. I felt completely comfortable. This is the only restaurant I trust 100% not to get me sick in Texarkana. They have Celiac Disease trained staff with a separate area for gluten free food. My food comes separately from my family by a manager with black gloves. My food always has a gluten free stick in it. I eat here once or twice a week.

I have Celiac and am quite concerned about getting cross contamination at restaurants. We went here on our drive home from Texas and was very impressed. They totally understand about celiac and assured me that the kitchen has dedicated areas and fryers for the gluten free food. The enchiladas were great, the chips were gluten free and delicious. 3 hours later and my tummy is still happy!! Highly recommend this place for Celiac persons.

Every time we’ve eaten in the restaurant, we’ve had a really great experience with the kitchen staff be cognizant of a gluten allergy and proper precautions.

I did recently have a bad experience with the restaurant where we had a pick up order during a busy day (right at a holiday) and had requested the entire order to be gluten free and we were given flour tortillas. This made me nervous that the rest of the order wasn’t prepared gluten free. When I called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone said the kitchen staff was too busy to answer questions since the restaurant was busy due to the holiday. When I pressed the issue saying that there was an allergy and I needed to know if the food was prepared with this in mind, the girl on the phone left for about 30 seconds and then got back on and said that they rung it up as gluten free so the kitchen staff “should have” made to gluten free.

It’s certainly made me weary of this location. I think I will stick to eating in the restaurant & avoid busy times.
