Very tasty Tex-Mex food and Gluten-Free items are marked on the menu. The manager brought my food out separately and it was marked with a gluten-free tag. No reaction so I assume they took good care with it.

Consistent great food and dining experience! I am extremely sensitive to cross-contact and have eaten at this location and the Greenville, TX location multiple times and never gotten sick. I wish more restaurants handled gluten intolerance and celiac like TaMolly’s!

I've been here twice now on a trip passing thru (dropped back in on the way back I liked it so much). The menu clearly calls out available gluten free options and the waiter both times was very aware and sensitive to gluten free items. They both asked if it was a preference or allergy. In addition, I was advised that a specially trained manager would prepare my food separately. And when all of our food came out, the waiter brought everyone else's food, but the manager personally delivered my food that he had prepared. Overall a great experience, the food was good and best of all very hot (as opposed to another tex-mex restaurant of a certain national chain who have notoriously been delivering lukewarm food to my table).

Waitress has someone else deliver my plate in case she had touched a plate with gluten. She told us they have classes for employees to learn about celiac and gluten. Great TexMex and I didn’t get sick!

We found this place to be awesome! They had everything clearly marked as gluten free and they had it on a separate menu if you didn't want to have to look through regular one. They even had gluten free kids meals which I find hard to find. They staff was well versed on gluten free they have a sign on the wall when you walk in that says their staff is trained on gluten protocols. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!
Had a great cheap meal here. The menu is clearly marked. There are multiple options. And the manager brought out my marked meal. I’d definitely eat here again if passing through.

I have eaten at the location in Paris several times over the passed 4 years and only had one problem about a year ago. I tried them again yesterday and the manager brought me my plate just like I expected. I did not have any problems with the food.

They are always on point with their GF options. The manager on duty personally makes your meal. This is one of my favs!

Delicious, fresh staff very aware of GF. GF items are mired in the main menu. I had enchiladas. The waiter brought my food out separate. I would definitely stop here again.
I was travelling in Paris, TX for a couple of days and needed a "safe" place to eat. I have a severe gluten/wheat allergy and have to be paranoid. I ate there twice, as it was the only real option. Other places in the area cater to the fad chasing I don't eat gluten types who eat gluten products. I did not get sick. My food was labelled specially to ensure it was GF. I got Fiesta plate day one and the fajita beef nachos the second. No issues at all. Thanks a bunch Tamolly's!
FYI, the nachos paired well with a bottle of Barefoot pink moscato I got at Wal-Mart nearby. I never eat out until I am 100% sure it will be safe, otherwise I can risk disaster. If you have a severe problem, let them know and give it a shot. You get the regular menu with items that can be GF listed with a red GF. If you don't tell, they won't know and you get put in the regular pile. If you do tell, it gets a special label and preparations.

10/11/12 - ate a delicious GF lunch. Great GF choices. Meal brought out by the manager with a special GF flag in the chili relleno. Delicious!
We visit TaMolly's in Greenville, TX as least weekly, including today, Sept 05, 2012. My husband has had Celiac since 2004, and we were so happy that TaMolly's now has a GF menu. We have had consistently good results with the gluten-free selections at the Greenville, Texas location. The key is to ASK FOR THE GLUTEN FREE MENU AND MAKE SURE THE SERVER WRITES IT UP AS GLUTEN FREE. One way we make sure they understood is to order some gluten free corn tortillas before the meal. If they are gluten free, they will come out wrapped in paper inside the tortilla warmer. If there's no paper around them, you might have to reiterate the 'gluten free' part. This only happened to us once when they first started offering the GF menu, but not since. The manager prepares and serves everything that's ordered gluten free, and there are plenty of selections. They are trained in how to prepare the food so that it doesn't get cross contaminated. We corresponded with TaMolly's office by e-mail as listed on their website and learned from the owner that a family member with the same diet restriction was the catalyst for their new GF menu, and it was obvious he understood the problems and the need. We hope the word gets out so they will continue it.
I felt safe eating at Ta Molly’s in Texarkana. My food was brought to the table separately from the meal with gluten. Mine was hand delivered by the manager. My meal was perfect. There are several menu items marked gluten free. I feel like the restaurant understands what gluten free means and takes steps to follow guidelines. I will definitely return.

Ate here with my husband yesterday and had a great experience. Highly recommend, service was fast, food was good, and price was excellent! I also have a severe gluten allergy, and I felt safe and they took care of me. GLUTEN FREE! Thank you! I am gluten free and they take allergies very seriously here. I felt completely comfortable. If you are gluten free or celiac, you can go here with peace of mind.

This is the only restaurant I trust 100% not to get me sick in Texarkana. They have Celiac Disease trained staff with a separate area for gluten free food. My food comes separately from my family by a manager with black gloves. My food always has a gluten free stick in it. I eat here once or twice a week.

I have Celiac and am quite concerned about getting cross contamination at restaurants. We went here on our drive home from Texas and was very impressed. They totally understand about celiac and assured me that the kitchen has dedicated areas and fryers for the gluten free food. The enchiladas were great, the chips were gluten free and delicious. 3 hours later and my tummy is still happy!! Highly recommend this place for Celiac persons.

Every time we’ve eaten in the restaurant, we’ve had a really great experience with the kitchen staff be cognizant of a gluten allergy and proper precautions.
I did recently have a bad experience with the restaurant where we had a pick up order during a busy day (right at a holiday) and had requested the entire order to be gluten free and we were given flour tortillas. This made me nervous that the rest of the order wasn’t prepared gluten free. When I called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone said the kitchen staff was too busy to answer questions since the restaurant was busy due to the holiday. When I pressed the issue saying that there was an allergy and I needed to know if the food was prepared with this in mind, the girl on the phone left for about 30 seconds and then got back on and said that they rung it up as gluten free so the kitchen staff “should have” made to gluten free.
It’s certainly made me weary of this location. I think I will stick to eating in the restaurant & avoid busy times.
