TGI fridays concord E , manager (Edward Brown )was amazing as well as server. Great knowledge and honestly about what they can provide as gluten sensitive experience. I’m celiac and was very hungry and it was only place in concord E that I felt comfortable with. They can’t promise GF but they put all the work into making it as safe if an experience as possible. Managers first name might be wrong as I snuck it off his badge from a distance but he was Top drawer with all the customers not just me.

Had the burger with a GF bun. Was very impressed. It’s comforting to know I can get a real meal while traveling

Despite telling them I was allergic to gluten and needed a salad without the croutons and breadstick in the menu description, I was served a Caesar that was quite literally topped with spoonfuls of breadcrumbs. On top of that, my “filet mignon” was fatty and tough.

This is located at the baggage pick up. Gluten free burger and fries. The food and drinks were fine but the time it took to get the food was extremely long. The place was practically empty.
Yes
They had gluten free bun for their all beef burgers and 2 kinds of Angry Orchard cider. Did the job for me. Pretty good for airport food.
Dedicated gluten free menu although they warn about cross contamination in the kitchen. Server was helpful and attentive to me having celiac. Would visit again.

terminal b
they have 4 items on their gf menu, plus sides. two of the options are steaks.
I did the TGI Fridays To Go location at DFW gate B9. They have GF items marked on menu and were helpful. The fries are NOT in a dedicated fryer. I got the cheeseburger with an Udi's bun (no upcharge-nice), and they let me sub a bag of Lay's chips for the fries.

The bartender waited on us and was knowledgeable. They had GF rolls and the hamburger was GF. In addition they carry Omission IPA gluten reduced beer.

No gluten free menu even though other TGIFs have one. They have gluten free buns which they can put any burger on. The waitress was quite helpful and explained the chicken is okay, but the beef burgers are not GF because they all have fillers in them. The fries are also not GF as they coat them in flour.

The GF bun appeared to be Udi's brand. It was good and I didn't get sick. The items that are available for gluten sensitive people are marked on the menu.

I ordered a Cobb salad with salmon, which tasted great and gave me no problems. I informed our server about GF and she told us the kitchen staff had changed gloves for us. I would feel confident about eating here again.
