I have ate there two times in the last couple months and have reacted both times. Before ordering, I informed my waiter that I have Celiac and they confirmed I could eat here. Not true. I got sick both times. I would say Thai Bloom is NOT Celiac friendly.

I get the chicken pad thai only and have never been glutenized. One of my go-to restaurants.

I've eaten here about 30 times over the past couple years and although you're technically able to request most items be GF, I've noticed that I react to some items that should be GF. For example, I tend to have a reaction to the Massaman Beef Curry, but not cashew chicken, pineapple fried rice, and a handful of others. The quality has been pretty consistent in my experience and I've enjoyed the food now that I know what dishes I should avoid.

Over the last year, I’ve tried to eat here a few times. The quality is inconsistent. We’ve had orders of Pineapple fried rice with one piece of pineapple. The heat level is all over with mild burning my mouth and medium having no heat. This was our last order. I specified one pineapple fried rice GF and one not with an order of Drunken noodle Gf. The only thing that came labeled GF was the Drunken noodle. That’s all I’m eating then. I’ve had mild reactions in the past. Not sure what will happen this time. Won’t be ordering again

I was holding out hope that it was just a coincidence I got sick after eating here. However, this is the third time and by far the most sick I've gotten from Thai Bloom. I made sure to specify gluten free but I'm guessing CC is still happening. Shucks.

I used to eat here all the time and never had issues. But in the last year or so, they’ve gotten sloppy and I’ve found dark sauce slopped in my white rice boxes, and have gotten insanely sick almost every time even after throwing away the contaminated rice. Definitely not safe for celiacs.

Edit-I no longer go here. They’ve gotten very popular and busy and as a result I’ve had issues a few times now. If you’re not celiac you might have good luck.
I’m very sensitive and this is a go to place for me. I’ve only ever had problems when I do the cooked noodles dishes, and never so bad that I got super sick, so now stick to the cold dishes and curry and have been fine.

Definitely got glutened even though everything was labeled gluten free that I ordered. Super over priced and sub par quality.

Almost everything on the menu was labeled gluten free or could be gluten free. Few things were not. There was a lot of choices and I will definitely be going back. Portions are also very large for a good price.

Curry was delicious. Beware of the edamame, we found a noodle cooked in our dish.
I took my kids there, my youngest has celiac. The server was very helpful and understood that we needed completely gluten free food. The food itself was delicious!!!! My son enjoyed it and showed no signs of being glutened.
Good food and a decent amount of gluten free options. I’ve eaten here a few times with no reaction! Be sure to tell the staff you’re gluten free.

I was pleased by the variety of gf selections and everything I had tasted great.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I ordered soup & chicken larb. Both were delicious. I have Celiac and did not have a reaction. They were very careful about cross contamination.

No longer celiac/allergy friendly. I've eaten wonderful food here so many times without a reaction but something has changed in the last several months. They are no longer careful or serious about celiac/allergies/intolerances so I can't recommend it anymore.

This is my go-to Thai place. Wonderful food and have never had issues. Celiac and highly sensitive to CC.

Delicious! Everything on the menu was clearly marked, service was excellent, and the curry was tasty. I would eat here again.
Wonderful everything clearly marked!! Yummy food nice staff!

Being celiac it can be tricky, when I asked about gluten free options she said there are items on the menu as 'naturally gf' and there are others that are modified, which can mean there was once gluten in the pan. She seemed very knowledgable and understanding of my restrictions. I had the pineapple curry and it was delicious, my boyfriend had the pad Thai and he was very happy with it. Our service was very good, even though the restaurant was crowded. Recommend!!

I read a lot of great things about this place but was not impressed after giving them 2 chances. While it's nice to have so many menu options the service was really bad both visits. They were very casual about my gluten free requests and I wasn't sure they were taking me seriously. The food was good but I'd rather go to Khao San in the pearl where the food is amazing and I feel much safer.

Besides PF Chang, this is by far my favorite GF restaurant. There are so many options and they are all delicious. I've never been sick or felt contaminated after eating here and I have eaten here many times. The staff and management seen very knowledgeable about gf requirements.
My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice, made GF so I could try it. They brought it out and I sampled it...then a few minutes later they came out wanting to take it away because the cooks realized that they didn't make it GF. WTF??

Have all items designated as GF or able to be made GF. Had my birthday here and it was great.
My favorite gluten free Thai food! They are amazing!! So yummy!
