Our waiter Brandon was amazing and hands down the best waiter we've ever had! As soon as I told him I had a gluten allergy the manager came out with the gluten free menu. They have a great selection to pick from. When I had a question about a sauce the manager went to the back and looked at the ingredients to verify if it was gluten free. The food tasted amazing. Definitely worth the money. It made the perfect romantic dinner. This place is a definite stop when we come back.

Prime rib was excellent. Otherwise not a lot of gluten free choices.

Meat seasoning is not gluten free so my pork chop was bland and dry.

Had the catch of the day. Waitress checked to make sure fish seasoning was ok and it was! Cinnamon apples were gf and excellent as a side.

I had another fantastic meal here last night! When I asked for a gf menu my waiter asked specifically if I had celiac. Their staff is well trained. Gf menu is always brought by a manager who asks if you have any questions about how they prepare their food. The gf menu is huge and has plenty of options. I’ve eaten here numerous times and each time I’ve been able to eat safely. Highly recommend

BEWARE- unsafe menu/staff needs more training for a celiac!
Chose based on this app and their large GF menu. Turns out much of the menu was actually unsafe! Upon questioning, they have a shared fryer, which is no problem, since I typically avoid fried foods. The GF menu was large, with many options. I alerted them to my gluten allergy when making our reservation, when arriving, and again when our server came to introduce herself. Fortunately, I had a few questions about menu items, because in asking, realizes that many of the dishes on the GF menu were actually unsafe as prepared. Our waitress had to keep going back to double check if spices/sauces were GF, and they either didn’t know or said they looked and the container said ‘may contain gluten.’ At one point the chef came out to answer the questions directly and assured me that the shrimp would be safe, as they only used butter and a sauce that was labeled gluten free, so I ordered that, as well as a salad. I specifically double checked with the server who double checked that the salad was on the GF menu (without specifications like some had, such as ‘without croutons’). I took a bite of the salad and it was delicious, but I found tortilla strips in it, which were not advertised/alerted. I asked the server to make sure they were GF, and she asked the manager, who came over in a panic and told me they were not. Then he went to double check with the chef who said the strips themselves were gf, but they were fried in the fryer ‘with all the breaded stuff.’ I expressed my disappointment and concern, as I was so careful in ordering. They apologized and brought me a salad without tortilla strips, and it was still delicious. My shrimp were terrible- and I’m not a very picky eater. They were so dry and overdone that they were chewy and rubbery, and they had absolutely no flavor at all. I ate it, though, because I didn’t want to be a bother since I knew they already felt bad about the mixup. I assumed they would comp my meal because of their mistake, as I explained to them that I could likely spend my whole vacation sick because of this. I went outside with the kids, and when the rest of the family returned, they reported that nothing had been done- not even a small discount for their mistake. The rest of the family enjoyed their food, but I certainly WOULD NOT trust them with a food allergy.

The staff was friendly and the Lunch menu is very affordable with amazing food. The gluten free menu selections are great! I highly recommend this place!

Legitimately GF. Good food. Good options. Good service.

This location is excellent for gluten free. They are knowledgeable and I always feel comfortable eating here. The other locations in Knoxville, Kodak are terrible and NOT celiac friendly!

Fantastic experience! I can’t believe it hasn’t been reviewed yet. The manager delivered the GF menu so that he could go over what was celiac safe and what was GF due to lifestyle choice. The waitress explained that the computer screen in the kitchen alerts the kitchen manager and staff when there is an “allergy” so the management know where there needs to be extra precautions. I had the Tamale Cakes as an appetizer and the Tenderloin Salad for my meal - both were fresh and excellent. This was also a very reasonable priced restaurant compared to some of the other meals we had around Pigeon Forge. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They had a GF menu with a disclaimer on it at the top about contaminated utensils and grilling areas and a kitchen staff not trained to deal with allergies. That should have been my clue to run. I had the salmon without seasoning, steamed broccoli, and a sweet potato. They were able to accommodate dairy free. Their sweet potato fries are listed on the gf menu but are fried in a shared fryer. The food is delicious and the servers try, but before I finished my meal, I had a few symptoms show up. I hoped it was just a fluke but it kept getting worse and I knew what had happened. Clearly there was contamination. They have great tasting food and know how to cook their salmon to order, but it’s just not safe to eat there if you have allergies and/or celiac or issues with contamination.

The manager came to the table with the gluten free menu. Since I am allergic to wheat and not gluten I asked about an allergen menu. She was able to go to the back and get a spreadsheet for us to look at to make sure what I ordered didn’t contain any wheat. She did let me know that there was no guarantee that cross contamination wouldn’t occur, but it was a really good experience.

I’ve been ordering from them for years and I’ve always tried to show grace but after multiple mistakes in the last month I’m done. Fried chicken tender batter all over my gluten-free meal this is the second time I’ve had an issue with them in four weeks

There is a gluten free menu. You can get the grilled chicken park but no fettuccine or you can get the chop house steak burger with no seasoning or bun. I won’t be back.
