I’ve been ordering from them for years and I’ve always tried to show grace but after multiple mistakes in the last month I’m done. Fried chicken tender batter all over my gluten-free meal this is the second time I’ve had an issue with them in four weeks

Got badly cross contaminated with gluten even with following their exact instructions on the gluten sensitive menu.

ate lunch here with a friend who is also GF and the manager made the point to come by mention that the fryer is not a dedicated one. After I ordered the Santa Fe salad, she came by again and said the salad has tortilla strips on it that could be cross contaminated, would I need the salad to be made without them. I said yes because am very sensitive. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and has reasonable prices. Wait staff and manager knowledgeable. Wish they offered GF buns and pasta. It would certainly give more options.
Thought plain house salad would be safest. Told them up front to mark it gluten free and if they could change gloves. Waiter came out carrying bread in one hand salad in other. This was red flag 1. Salad had a small piece of fried chicken on it. This was red flag 2. Sent it back the manager assured me she'd make it herself. I ate half the salad and I got sick. Do not recommend.

I haven't been here in a long time. The one time I went with a large group and was told that I could have a steak and veggies but no seasoning, sauces or any flavoring basically.
Our waiter Brandon was amazing and hands down the best waiter we've ever had! As soon as I told him I had a gluten allergy the manager came out with the gluten free menu. They have a great selection to pick from. When I had a question about a sauce the manager went to the back and looked at the ingredients to verify if it was gluten free. The food tasted amazing. Definitely worth the money. It made the perfect romantic dinner. This place is a definite stop when we come back.

They had a GF menu with a disclaimer on it at the top about contaminated utensils and grilling areas and a kitchen staff not trained to deal with allergies. That should have been my clue to run. I had the salmon without seasoning, steamed broccoli, and a sweet potato. They were able to accommodate dairy free. Their sweet potato fries are listed on the gf menu but are fried in a shared fryer. The food is delicious and the servers try, but before I finished my meal, I had a few symptoms show up. I hoped it was just a fluke but it kept getting worse and I knew what had happened. Clearly there was contamination. They have great tasting food and know how to cook their salmon to order, but it’s just not safe to eat there if you have allergies and/or celiac or issues with contamination.

The manager came to the table with the gluten free menu. Since I am allergic to wheat and not gluten I asked about an allergen menu. She was able to go to the back and get a spreadsheet for us to look at to make sure what I ordered didn’t contain any wheat. She did let me know that there was no guarantee that cross contamination wouldn’t occur, but it was a really good experience.

Prime rib was excellent. Otherwise not a lot of gluten free choices.

There is a gluten free menu. You can get the grilled chicken park but no fettuccine or you can get the chop house steak burger with no seasoning or bun. I won’t be back.
