Ordered a salad off the gluten free menu and told the server I was gluten free for an allergy. After I had taken one bite of the "gluten free" crispy chicken on the salad, the server ran up to our table apologizing. She said I was given the wrong salad and had just eaten wheat fried chicken. Having celiac, I've eaten here in the past and been fine. Just make sure to double check with the staff when you are served that you are in fact being given gluten free food.

This is my all time favorite place to eat at. They have a full GF menu with lots to choose from. I have been several times and have never been glutened. One thing I will say is that their GF buns are awful. Bad taste and they just fall apart.

Bummer that this place got a bad review, but I guess mistakes happen. We had a great meal here and none of us got sick. Alex was the manager and talked us through the whole menu, took our order and brought all the food out to us. The owner's child has celiac, so there is an large awareness and obvious pride in doing things in a safe way. They have a separate GF menu and my mouth is watering just thinking about that meal! They were also able to answer questions about DF options for someone in our party.

First time my recently dx celiac teenager felt both “normal” and safe eating out. Asked if we needed any GF menus as we were seated (win win). Dedicated GF fryer, GF buns, and even have a fried chicken special some days. GF items were clearly marked as they came out. Kiddo had nachos which were good pub style loaded kind. I had the mahi mahi bowl with cauliflower rice which was excellent. Will definitely go back and put this on our small list of go to places.

AMAZING! I got the chicken tenders and onion rings. Well duh, because it’s most missed once you go GF. Service was amazing and this was the largest Gluten Free menu I’ve seen thus far. All the sauces were gluten free and everything was also delicious, even my gluten loving partner who still gets to enjoy normal foods said the gf food was good! That’s a huge compliment from his super picky foodie self! 10/10 recommend and will forever return!!

Owner’s daughter has Celiac. Their story is available and the importance of creating a menu that their daughter can eat, as well as others with Celiac. Separate GF menu, so many options compared to other restaurants, staff very understanding and knowledgeable. Most of the food would have been off limits at other places as it was fried, but nice to be able to eat these meals at this location. Meal comes out with GF stick that is clearly labeled. Felt great after eating- had the chicken sandwich. Nice atmosphere and staff.

Great GF experience! Separate GF menu was huge and I felt super safe with dedicated kitchen space and dedicated fryers. I am very sensitive and did not get sick afterwards. Ordered the deep fried pickle slices and grilled chicken sandwich. The whole family (not GF) loved the pickles. Was nice to have a typical pub meal!

If you miss being able to go to a bar with friends for wings and fries, this is the place for you. With a large gluten free menu and dedicated fryer, plus a variety of gluten free buns, batters, and pizza bases, you can find pretty much any typical pub grub here safely gluten free. Apparently the owners daughter has celiac so they’ve gone to the effort to find safe gf options that taste good. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings (first time in over a decade), and everything was delicious!

Onion rings AMAZING (as everyone else says). We were split on the margarita pizza. Ok taste but had a really odd scent that I couldn’t get past. Regardless, next time we drive through St Louis we will stop to try something else with our onion rings.

Server was careful to make sure my order was placed as gluten free and prepared safely. I had the burger and fries and it was great! Fries were amazing! I went back the next day and got chicken strips and pizza to go and was very pleased with both! I felt great after everything and didn't get sick at all.

I have Celiac and had no reaction. Pretty extensive gluten free menu which included appetizers, soups, sandwiches, pizzas and burgers. They even have gf chicken strips and wings! We shared fried pickles which were amazing. I had a cheeseburger which came on a gf bun which was delicious, and onion rings. The rest of my group ordered off the regular menu and all said their food was delicious. The Shack, which is owned by the same people, is just next door.

I've eaten here many times over the years. My most recent trip was my best experience yet; they had the bone-in fried chicken special that night...so, so good. Onion rings are fantastic as well. Highly recommended!

The gf chicken strips (appetizer) & the hamburger were delicious. No side effects and I am extremely sensitive. I will definitely be back. We sat outside in the covered patio area. Very nice!

This is our regular spot since I have been diagnosed with Celiac. The staff is knowledgeable and the owner’s daughter has Celiac so they have a whole menu dedicated to gf.

This place is awesome! This is a go to spot. Every time I am back in St. Louis area I will be going to this spot. Has a full gluten free menu with multiple options (have never seen so many options for gf). They have a completely separate area to prepare gluten free food. According to the menu their daughter Hannah has celiac, so there are many gluten free precautions.

Read prior reviews and wanted to try this place because of all of the positive feedback. CPG definitely lived up to those reviews. So impressed and comforting that the first question from the hostess is, “Will anyone in your party need a gluten free menu?” You can tell that the servers have been well trained and handled the gluten free questions very professionally. Most restaurants don’t have a large selection of gluten free appetizers, but CPG does. We just stuck to the appetizer section and they did not disappoint (onion rings, potato skins, wings). Also loved that they serve Red Bridge beer! It was so nice to go out, have a beer and some apps. Thank you!
