I’ve been to the mountain top of culinary experiences! As a 3 star Michelin restaurant their food and presentation is perfection anyway so of course the GF accommodations were as well. From the beginning of the evening they confirmed that I’m GF and then I worried about nothing the entire seven courses. They told us what was in all of our course and the wine pairings. When each of my courses were served they discreetly mentioned the GF part and GF modification if there was one (but a lot of things didn’t need to be altered). They also told me the things I could eat off of my husbands plate if I wanted to and kept things separate on his plate so I could have a nibble if I wanted. They also made me fresh GF bread and kept making more fresh bread (I had to wait on it for a bit while I was eating the other food which was fine by me to wait for fresh bread) if I wanted more - of course I did! As it was the same texture as “regular” bread and had flavor - spectacular! I just can’t say enough about this restaurant… ❤

When our party was seated the waiter asked who had celiac right away. I was given a different drinking glass from the rest of our group and from that point forward did not have to worry about eating gluten—each dish came out with an explanation of what was modified to make it gluten free. The entire meal was delicious and felt very safe.

This is considered one of the very best restaurants in the world, and if you are looking for a place for a very special occasion, do not hesitate to book this place for a GF diet. With advance notice, they first call you to confirm whether you are casual or celiac, upon arrival they will bring you special GF tea sandwiches for your afternoon tea, they will have GF accommodations for every sumptuous dinner menu (including excellent bread), they will bring you special items for breakfast, and you will not want to leave. Beyond the accommodation for GF, the place is utterly sublime. Everything is beautiful and delicious, whimsical and delightful. By all means, go.
