The staff at the Keg were very aware and careful about allergens and cross contamination. I was able to feel safe and eat a full meal that tasted delicious.

Delicious food. Daughter has celiac - gluten free marked on menu - and the manager came over to ensue after our order that everything would be prepared safely. My daughter was very happy with her Filet Mignon, baked potato, salad. Highly recommend.

Really impressed with my experience at The Keg, as well as publishing all allergen information on their website, when I ordered I was asked whether gluten feee was a preference or an allergy. I told them I was coeliac, they took my order, and a few minutes later the chef came out and confirmed how they’d ensure my meal would be GF. I started with a green salad, and then when it came to my (perfectly cooked) steak the chef personally brought it out for me. 5* service, great steak dinner at a great price.

Excellent service and appreciation of the needs of coeliacs. The manager came to our table to explain the precautions that would be taken when preparing food for my wife who is coeliac. She felt really confident that they knew what was needed. The steaks were excellent as well.

All the sides are gluten free. I had the Cesar, and the filet with a twice baked potato. Our waiter and the manager made me feel very safe. Reassured at multiple points during dinner that my food was gluten free. When delivered to the table, they’d say it was prepared separately. And the food was absolutely delicious. Get the twice baked potato.

We stopped in for dinner after a whale watching tour last weekend. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon and a wedge salad with ranch. Husband ordered a rib steak with a twice-baked potato. The salmon was cooked perfectly, though under seasoned, but the potatoes and Brussels sprouts that accompanied it were just right. Husband’s steak and potato were great, and the green beans, carrots, and mushrooms that accompanied those were also under seasoned but cooked well. No reaction afterward.
