Not many items are GF. Good enough and was convenient when staying at the hotel. Had the steak, was cooked to order.

Had a fantastic time here, our server (Kay) was very attentive and communicated well with the kitchen. There was some concern about cross contamination but I have yet to feel sick! Absolutely love this restaurant and plan to go back.

I stayed at the Hilton for a work event and I was hopeful for this “kitchen” safe food option but was severely disappointed because I was told by the manager that nothing on the menu could be prepared gluten free and everything (even a plain chicken breast) was cross contaminated in their restaurant. They were unwilling to cook the chicken separately. When I asked for them to open a fresh bag of romaine lettuce for me they said that they couldn’t do that because that would be wasteful for their restaurant. And when I requested to see salad dressing ingredients they were not willing to show it to me, only said “it’s probably gluten free.” Needless to say I left there with an empty stomach. Don’t go there if you have a severe allergy because they cannot guarantee any GF food.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
There were literally only two things on the menu that were gluten free (a salad and the half chicken). The server seemed disinterested and unconcerned when asked about GF options.

There are several options labeled as gluten free on the menu. I have been here a few times since my celiac diagnosis and had the smoked parsnip soup, half chicken, and chopped salad with grilled chicken. Everything was delicious. The servers were very knowledgeable on gf and communicated my needs with the kitchen. On my last visit the manager stopped by my table to ensure that I knew my options (they are able to modify/add to menu items to be gf) and that I had a celiac safe meal. 4/5 only because the menu is small to begin with, leaving the gf options fairly limited.
