Every menu item is marked gf but that does not mead the waiter knows what is what. We had to turn down bread and other obvious items but got it fine in the end. Good experience but ask and be cautious.

I literally had to remind the waiter over and over that I was gluten free. He added beer to the cheese sauce. Brought me teriyaki sauce, And a plate full of gluten for dessert. Not impressed. Not to mention no awareness about cross contamination. I don’t like being that girl that asks over and over, but tonight it was necessary! I’m sure if you had a knowledgeable waiter or waitress the experience would be amazing as there are tons of options!

Second visit to this location and both times it has been awesome! Eating out is pretty scary with celiac disease but the Validated Gluten Free Safe Spot gives us a lot of confidence! We booked our reservation and noted the celiac diagnosis. The waiter was very kind, made some suggestions that were helpful. So happy we can enjoy eating out as a family here!

My experience at this location was much more positive than what was described in the older comments. I had called ahead to make a reservation for two adults for a two-course meal with a note about my need to eat gluten-free, as recommended on the website. The service was just okay (the waiter was a bit odd), but at least the wait staff was knowledgeable about what was safe for me to eat. This is just a personal preference, but I wish I had had less raw vegetables and more gluten-free bread with my Classic Alpine cheese fondue, as I am not a big fan of raw veggies. The cheese fondue was very flavorful and filling. The chocolate fondue (bananas foster, in our case) was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. There were even gluten-free yellow cake and brownies to dip in the pot! For anyone unaware: I would use caution with the fondue, as it can be very hot and easily burn your tongue. Despite only ordering the two-course meal, the other party and I felt satisfied without feeling stuffed. The pricing for our meal was reasonable, given that dessert, in the form of chocolate fondue, was included. I would definitely consider eating here again.

I am so surprised to read previous reviews from several years ago. I am glad I didn't look at the reviews before going. We had a fantastic experience last night. First thing noticed is that they have a GIG GF certification on their door, entering the restaurant. Everything is clearly marked GF on the menu. They had GF bread for dipping into the cheese fondue (which was prepared at the table so was unquestionably gf). The meat fondue was great. And who wouldn't like chocolate fondue, especially when accompanied with a GF platter of fruit and GF baked goods. Our server and the two managers who checked us often were wonderful.

Terrible waiter. After making a snide comment about "I get it, you're gluten free", he brought me regular bread. He was rude about explaining dessert options and did not understand cross contamination. Manager was nice and tried to make up for it. But wouldn't go back.

Amazing food ok service and so much fun! delicious food all fondue and salads but it was all cooked on the table so you saw just what was put into the meal so you know its safe kinda pricy though but you just ask for the gf menu and hav fun
Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
