I had a great experience here. They have a gf menu. GF pasta is different shape entirely and has a flag on it. My server was knowledgeable about my needs. He Commented "no croutons on salad" before I could say it. Menu has prompts, like "do not order lemon with iced tea." Would return again and again for that pasta with mizithra cheese!

I ordered the meat sauce with gluten free noodles for an allergy. I though the noodles would be spaghetti shapped but they weren't that would have been fine expect for the fact I got sick. everything is advertised as "gluten friendly" but is was certainly not gluten free. the waiter was nice

This is one of our go to restaurants. They have Mac and cheese for the kids and regular salads and pasta for adults. Pasta is cooked in separate water to limit CC. Waiters and managers are very helpful and knowledgeable, but they will tell you that even though they try their best they can't guarantee it is gluten free. We have never gotten sick with our celiac kids. Plus free ice cream!

They don't have a lot of items to choose. The waiter was very helpful and the food was good.

Ate here about 6 months ago. Staff was nice and seemed knowledgeable but food was mediocre and had a stomach ache after. :(

I've been gluten free for about 3 months. I've eaten at this location early in my GF days and was fine. Went on Tues and was not fine. Not sure what happened, but I think it'll be awhile before I go back which makes me sad.
We had great service and good food. No problems with finding something yummy for myself and my daugher to eat.

Awful management, did not want to check the strawberry lemonade for gluten, just insisted it was a bacardi/coke product so it was fine. Asked me embarrassing details about how sick I would get. Rude, only addressed us as "gang", as in hey gang... Most importantly, gf noodles were extremely tough to chew. Manager again said that was so they would hold together. Worst part is now my stomach hurts.
Great place to eat at a reasonable price.
We had a very enjoyable dinner and experience. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind. Salad, pasta and chicken were all gluten-free! Ask for gf menu.

The food was just ok, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, and my food did arrive with a “gluten friendly” marker.

You wouldn’t think a place called the spaghetti factory would have a gluten free menu, but they do.
Plenty of options to choose from.

Definitely not gluten free. The food comes out tagged “gluten friendly”, but it definitely contains gluten or has cross contamination.

I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and salad. I was okay after eating the salad, but once I got partially through the pasta, I felt like I wanted to throw up. I did share with the server I had Celiac Disease and she confirmed that they could accommodate and it was made separately. It tasted like they used the pasta water for the Alfredo sauce. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you call and ask which I did.
