We had a very enjoyable dinner and experience. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind. Salad, pasta and chicken were all gluten-free! Ask for gf menu.

My "gluten free" food tasted like cardboard and made me sick.

Went to a birthday party tonight and was blown away at the service I received. I am Gluten-Free and usually have a problem eating at any restaurant that is not designated totally gluten-free. The waitress asked my selection and I told her, “no, I’m gluten- free.” She told me I could have the Alfredo (which used to be my favorite dish) and just let my server know. My server and the men and women who helped serve my table took care of me so well! They made sure I didn’t have croutons on my salad, and served me with a smile and a great attitude. I left sorry that I didn’t have more cash on hand to tip them. (Our meal was paid for and I ask around to borrow $5 until tomorrow morning at church because these guys definitely deserved it!) Thank you Old Spaghetti Factory. I will be back. You’re team is exceptional and I have never been treated so well at a restaurant. Thank you! 💖
great service, we have eaten here over 5 times and my daughter has never been sick and they are great at understand how serious it is for her :)
The best to get gluten free is the half mizithra cheese and half meat sauce. Yum!!!!!!
The few times I have eaten here for business meetings I have been fine. The pasta they use is alright, but not something to write home about. The staff is knowledgeable and does a good job at helping out their customers. 4 stars only because it's chain restaurant Italian, but for what it is it is good.
The staff was very courteous about our families food allergies. The gluten free pasta was very good and a good selection of sauces available. I was highly impressed.
No
they are very good and even bring extra sauce for the gf noodles since they tend to soak it up more.
They have an entire gluten free menu. My three year old feels so special getting noodles while eating out. they will make the gf food in kid portions too
The food was just ok, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, and my food did arrive with a “gluten friendly” marker.

You wouldn’t think a place called the spaghetti factory would have a gluten free menu, but they do.
Plenty of options to choose from.

Definitely not gluten free. The food comes out tagged “gluten friendly”, but it definitely contains gluten or has cross contamination.

I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and salad. I was okay after eating the salad, but once I got partially through the pasta, I felt like I wanted to throw up. I did share with the server I had Celiac Disease and she confirmed that they could accommodate and it was made separately. It tasted like they used the pasta water for the Alfredo sauce. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you call and ask which I did.

Don’t trust the GF claims. Either they don’t monitor cross contamination or just flat messed up our order.
