The food was just ok, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, and my food did arrive with a “gluten friendly” marker.

The gluten free menu has a small selection, but not too slim as to not get anything. I got the Alfredo and it was good. It came out with a little flag that marked it gluten free and the waitress was knowledgeable.

We had a great experience here. Our server knew what GF pasta and salad dressing, also chicken options there were. I inquired about the water for the pasta cooking and she said it would be cooked separately from the regular pasta. No issues. The restaurant was very busy!

We went here for a large team sports dinner. The staff was very nice but unfortunately had no knowledge about gluten free safety or precautions. The server did not understand what gluten free options were on the menu, how safely the food was prepared, or what would be available except “the salad without the croutons” which was a garden salad. I did eat the salad.

The food was alright. Our server didn't know much about gluten free and when we asked about gluten free appetizers she offered us the bread. The menu says to speak to a manager, when we asked she assured us it was okay. Then after explaining how I need gluten free and have celiac she brought my salad out with croutons, she fixed it but made me uneasy about the rest of the meal. The manager wasn't very helpful either. Wouldn't recommend.

When I called and asked about GF pasta, I was told it's cooked in the same water as pasta containing gluten. What's the point. Disappointing 😞
Overall, I did not get sick. Nima tested everything GF (salad with balsamic vinaigrette, mizithra and brown butter GF pasta and Spumante ice cream). Our waiter was very rude, not just about GF, to our table and the one next to us. I asked for the manager twice before waiter would get her (menu says to do so when ordering). Rating not sure because of the obvious risk of cross contamination and some questionable risks (such as bringing my food on the same tray as everyone else’s).
Service was really good. The food was decent. Nothing spectacular but good. Not a ton of gf options.
The staff were knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free but the food was horrible! Even the other people at my table that were eating gluten containing foods thought so. I was glutened, most likely by cross-contamination, which I knew was likely at an Italian restaurant. This place has really gone downhill though!!! We will not go back!

I had gluten free pasta with alfredo sauce. Very good food!
Celiac friendly but meals for children not adults. Was supposed to get "baked" mac and cheese for adults and it was not baked, was just noodles and cheese just like from a box. I could've done that at home instead of spending $80 for dinner :-/

absolutely delicious! they are well informed and super friendly. I might even go back again while I'm in town! the prices are really reasonable. I did not have any sort of reaction.
If you have little kids in tow, ask to eat in the trolley car. They have a dedicated gf menu, made ordering easy. My celiac 4 yr old son ate all his gf meaty mac n cheesy, and then devoured half of his sister's g.f. pasta!

We love this place. My two celiacs have always had a wonderful meal and have never had a problem with being glutened. We all love the gluten free pasta, sauces, dressings, browned butter and spumoni ice cream. A great restaurant for celiacs. I believe they are GiG trained.

Love the spaghetti with brown butter.
We had a very enjoyable dinner and experience. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind. Salad, pasta and chicken were all gluten-free! Ask for gf menu.

You wouldn’t think a place called the spaghetti factory would have a gluten free menu, but they do.
Plenty of options to choose from.

Definitely not gluten free. The food comes out tagged “gluten friendly”, but it definitely contains gluten or has cross contamination.

I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and salad. I was okay after eating the salad, but once I got partially through the pasta, I felt like I wanted to throw up. I did share with the server I had Celiac Disease and she confirmed that they could accommodate and it was made separately. It tasted like they used the pasta water for the Alfredo sauce. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you call and ask which I did.

Don’t trust the GF claims. Either they don’t monitor cross contamination or just flat messed up our order.
