The food is great when your waiter is paying attention to your order. I've had to request things redone twice here when I sit in the bar area. They are apologetic and get it done right the second time but I would be worried about cross contamination. Otherwise I love coming here for dinner.

The waiter was totally unaware of gluten-free protocol. When we asked the manager, she was aware and well informed. However when the waiter brought food out, he continued to be unaware and put gluten-free food down on top of bread, for example, despite repeated reminders. I brought it to his attention, and he was sort of dismissive. ...It may have been just a bad waiter, but they clearly aren’t doing thorough training here.

I am gluten sensitive and I didn't have any issues. I love their GF pasta with mizithra cheese. Their salads are also very good! I absolutely love the old spaghetti factory!
the food is sub par in taste and worse still in that I didn't enjoy the meal and got sick afterwards to boot. if you are truly gluten sensitive save your money and go somewhere else. you shouldn't waste your money when you could probably cook something better in a camp kitchen.

My gluten-free pasta with the mushroom marinara sauce was delicious. Cooked to perfection. The salad came with a tasty basalmic vinaigrette. The service was very good and quick, even on a busy Saturday night. They even surprised us with a birthday song for one of our party. We'll be back!

Many GF options, printed right on regular menu. Server was very aware and attentive to GF needs, which is refreshing.
Had lunch of GF pasta with marinara and a sausage, which was very good. They use Heartland pasta, first time I've tried it and I thought it had good texture and was quite tasty. My GF meal came out with a little GF flag on it, which I thought was very funny, but it is effective since the GF pasta looks very similar to regular.
The prices are very inexpensive and even include coffee or tea, and spumoni ice cream which is GF also--yum! I will definitely return. A hassle-free, nice GF lunch.
We had a very enjoyable dinner and experience. Jasmine was knowledgeable, attentive and so kind. Salad, pasta and chicken were all gluten-free! Ask for gf menu.

The food was just ok, but the staff seemed knowledgeable, and my food did arrive with a “gluten friendly” marker.

You wouldn’t think a place called the spaghetti factory would have a gluten free menu, but they do.
Plenty of options to choose from.

Definitely not gluten free. The food comes out tagged “gluten friendly”, but it definitely contains gluten or has cross contamination.

I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and salad. I was okay after eating the salad, but once I got partially through the pasta, I felt like I wanted to throw up. I did share with the server I had Celiac Disease and she confirmed that they could accommodate and it was made separately. It tasted like they used the pasta water for the Alfredo sauce. I do not recommend this to anyone even if you call and ask which I did.
