After a long day of travel I was desperate for something to eat. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. They asked if gluten free was a preference or a allergy. When I replied allergic the took extra precautions and I didn’t have any reactions to the pizza. Very happy.

GF 10” pizza available. Decent crust. Cook double checked to make sure my husband wanted croutons on his salad since we both ordered GF pizzas. The pizzas were cooked on paper. Nice place to hang out and catch the game.

I chose this place for dinner last night after reading other reviews. I never would have found it on my own since it’s in a little shopping center. When I got there, I asked about their protocol. The guy taking my order was super knowledgeable and said they prepare the gf pizza in the back rather than in the open prep area. He said they do cook it in the same oven but it’s kept on a pan and doesn’t sit on the oven floor directly. I ordered the “pesto amore” since I wasn’t sure if the bbq sauce or meatballs were gf. The pizza was flavorful and I didn’t get sick later!

All pizzas are available with a GF, this is why there isn’t a dedicated GF menu. They take celiac seriously and made all necessary precautions without me asking them to. GF pizza crust is stored separately and prepared in a clean environment to reduce contact with gluten. The pizza oven is shared with gluten ingredients but they put the crust on its own pan. I felt safe eating here and no one got sick.

I was recently diagnosed with celiacs disease and am still trying to figure things out. I was craving pizza and we tried this place. Wasn’t sure if I would like it but it was great, very tasty. Did not feel sick at all.

The friendly owner greated us as we entered. He was happy to take time with me, so that I felt comfortable with the kitchen's gluten free process. He explained that crust is prepared off premises and is cooked on a clean sheet in the pizza oven. They prepare the pizza with fresh ingredients from the back of the kitchen & clean pizza cutters are used to slice the pizza. The crust was good, the ingredients were fresh, the sauce was yummy & the prices were very reasonable.... and I didn't get sick. I think we found a new friend in Sal- as we will be visiting him a lot!
