Decent grocery store. You won't see the varied selection you would at a Fry's, but the quality of the GF goods are much better. The GF bagels and bread are excellent, and they have many GF snacks you'd be hard pressed to find at this quality other than at a GF bakery. You sometimes need to hunt for some of the GF goods as they're not always labeled in the most obvious ways. Here's something people often miss: the tamales they sell are all GF and excellent.

Very limited GF options and many of those options contain oat flour which as a celiac, I react to. I am no longer shopping here because the number of times their products have made me ill is ridiculous.
