are very helpful a lot of the time way more than your average grocery store chain like Fry's or Albertsons they have some gluten-free baked goods that are decent and not as highly priced as others could be as well as they'll help you find things or special order things if their exact location doesn't have it in my experience

They offer gluten free breads, bagels, muffins, English muffins, donut holes, cupcakes, and madeleines. I’ve tried the bread, bagels, muffins, and donuts holes. All are delicious!

Very limited GF options and many of those options contain oat flour which as a celiac, I react to. I am no longer shopping here because the number of times their products have made me ill is ridiculous.
