Trapper's Sushi

Amazing sushi; I loved this place before I was diagnosed with Celiac disease and finding out they had a GF menu made my day… when I ordered online there was specifically an option to have them prepare it with a “celiac allergy” in mind for an additional $1 which I gladly paid and enjoyed sushi for the first time in months! My happy guts say the $1 extra was worth it as I didn’t experience any symptoms of being glutened.

They have GF chicken and salmon teriyaki dinners and bring a small cucumber salad with your meal in place of the miso soup. Very tasty.

Gluten free menu with Teriyaki offerings, salad option, and many sushi roll choices. Gluten free teriyaki sauce and soy sauce available. Sushi chef cleaned station, changed gloves and changed cutting board and utensils. I ordered the trapper roll. Small upcharge for gluten free.

My wife got sick after ordering sushi for celiac. Submitted a complaint and regional manager is going out to ensure food is handled celiac friendly. Long way to ensuring I can still eat at this great local place.
