Check times if you’re going for lunch because they do close between lunch and dinner for a couple of hours
A fabulous restaurant !! They had multiple pastas to choose from. I'm gluten and dairy free, they made me a delicious fettuccine with mushroom pasta. They also had separate package bread and gluten-free cookies for dessert. I would highly recommend! Lots of choices.

Authentic Italian cuisine and a lovely cosy setting. Coeliac son had spider crab tagliatelle which he loved. All our food was delicious. Edit… revisited and he had a GF pizza this time. Just as amazing as before

This place was nice enough but not my most enjoyable meal in Venice. Other places were either nicer atmosphere or had better tasting food. It was busy. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about gf when I said I was celiac. I had gnocchi arrabiata which turned out to be spicier than I expected. They also had gf bread and a gf tiramisu pudding. It was off the beaten path so it didn't feel too touristy (even though it was full of tourists!).

Staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They had various different gf pasta options. Staff were incredibly friendly. They provided appetisers free of charge and reassured me that every dish was gluten free. Gave me a shot before I left. 10/10 would recommend.

We ate here and enjoyed every minute! GF pasta was delicious as was the fish soup. After telling our server I was GF, everything that came out (delivered by various staff members) I was told as they sat it down „This is gluten free for you“.

This sweet little restaurant nestled into the heart of Venice was such a great find. They had a variety of gluten free options and had a menu that clearly labeled dietary concerns of all kinds. They offered delicious gf pasta, gf tiramisu which I never thought I’d have again and even little gf biscuits. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I got the pasta corta con speck e rucola. It was DELICIOUS! The gluten free pasta tasted fresh and homemade. I was given gluten free bread with me my meal as well as a complementary gluten free pastry at the end of the meal. My gluten eating husband got the pesto gnocchi. He loved it. We also ordered the prosciutto with melon as an appetizer. Staff was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Went here for dinner and the place just felt chaotic and loud. Waiter rushed us to a table and to order food. He did not want me to order the bacon and arugula pasta but GF. Waiter wanted me to order mushroom gnocchi which I did not want. He finally let me order what I wanted but I heard him talking about my GF meal to another waiter. Our food came and my pasta was quite good so hopefully it really was GF. He brought a packaged GF roll to go with meal which was nice. My husband had the lasagna - not GF - but it wasn’t very good. Waiter forgot his beer and never offered him any choices of beer despite others in restaurant having others. So go here if you want GF and don’t mind a surly waiter, this is the place. Be sure to have reservations as people with them get seated right away while others waited.

Stopped here after visiting the bell tower in St Marks square. Drawn in by the promise of gluten free pasta, I ordered pesto gnocchi and mushroom tortellini both GF! Both were amazing and the waiter showed me where he marked my meal as GF and warned others not to drop of gluten items at our table

The menu is not well marked for gluten free. They said they could do the pizza + pasta safe for celiac, but not the rest of the menu. The pasta tasted fine - definitely had much better gf pasta in Italy. Pretty poor service, they also served my non-gluten free partner the wrong meal.

Great gf options! If you want the desserts I recommend ordering with your meal. I was given a gluten free roll sealed in plastic and a complementary gf cookie at the end. The gnocchi bolognese was perfection and my husband enjoyed his regular pesto gnocchi. While a touch on the touristy side, I’d feel comfortable recommending this place to others with celiac.

I really enjoyed the tomato gnocchi and the waiter assured me that the gluten free options are cooked separately. There isn’t a separate menu but they have a sign in the window with the items that can be gluten free (pasta, tortellini, gnocchi). They do give a bread option to start (it is packaged) it may not be the best bread but to be included is definitely nice. They also gave a gluten free cookie for dessert (also in a package). Overall, I think this was a really great option in Venice! You’ll probably see it in other reviews but I definitely recommend a reservation! It’s a busy spot because the food is really good.

Thanks to all the wonderful reviews, we found this place not far from St Mark’s Square. Feel so lucky to experience lunch here- the best GF gnocchi, pasta with cream and bacon (carbonara), wine and friendly service. They provided gluten-free bread and specified what was safe to eat. We got there just as lunch was beginning so we did not have to wait but they did ask if we had reservations which would have been seated on the other side of street. Our table had a view of the canal with gondolas going by. It was perfect!

Decided to try this restaurant because it was highly recommended on this app. Be prepared for a wait without reservations. They served us some kind of wine/sangria thing while we waited which was delicious. We waited about an hour for a table, and definitely had a difficult time conveying to the guy in charge of seating that we wanted to eat there. But great service once we sat down! I saw pics of ravioli on here, but waiter said that they only did pasta gf, so I got a pesto pasta. They also had gf crackers they brought me. Mom had a non gf lasagna. We also got a side of potatoes which was incredible. All of the food was delicious. At the end, they brought us some kind of rum thing with rains in the bottom—we didn’t know what it was. They had gf cookies, we assumed to dip. We took a tiramisu to go, which was very nice. Packaged in the original packaging which said gf on it. If you have the time to book a reservation or wait, this is well worth your time!

Best pasta during our time in Venice! We had a delicious lunch here and the server was clear and helpful about which pastas were GF. Brought GF bread while we waited (obviously store bought but was so good it was unlike any we’ve ever had and it was a nice touch). Also brought us GF cookies and grappas after the meal. We didn’t drink the drinks but it made for a fun ending. I wasn’t able to ask about processes for GF cooking bc of the language barrier, but none of us got sick. Kinda felt like we were winging it during our time in Venice overall but we were always okay. Rome is much easier - AIC stickers are everywhere. Maybe in Venice too and I didn’t know where to look? Either way this restaurant set the bar for pasta!

Horrendous. Worst dinner experience by far on my vacation. Every GF item was either pre wrapped or obviously store bought items. I ordered the Gnocchi four cheese which was horrible. The gnocchi was clearly store bought and the sauce tasted like a jar of Tostitos nacho sauce. The tiramisu was set down on my table in a plastic cup with a nutritional label, clearly bought from a store. It could have been called a cup of whipped cream. Service and atmosphere were awful. As a well traveled person with a GF diet, I can say that this experience has been one of my worst ever.

We were walking to a different GF restaurant that we had seen earlier when we happened by this place and saw the GF sign on the door. They offer gf bread, packaged, but better than nothing. Gf pasta, gnocchi, tortellini (with meat) and sweets. We each ordered tortellini. Husband with bolognese and mine with mushrooms and sauce that I had to request made w oil instead of butter. We also ordered a plate of potato gf gnocchi with the red sauce and olives (forgot what it was called) waiter seemed knowledgeable on gf items. Great little place. Great food.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating to my gluten intolerance. They clearly explained what I could have and they modified my dish to be gluten free. I ordered the Arrabbiata, which was good. I expected being in Italy it would’ve had a little more spice and flare, but it did not. The sauce was delicious though and the portion (for lunch) was decent. They provided a gluten free bread individually packaged. We also had the crudo, which came with shrimp, prawns, tuna, oysters and clams. The shrimp were a little too raw for us and some items had a bit of a fishy taste. The tuna was the best overall. I’d skip it next time and order pasta or a dessert. My husband had pasta with clams which was extremely delicious. It was creamy and perfectly balanced flavors. All in all, the experience was good and did not have any ill reaction being that it’s not a gluten-free place.

Good (though not great) gluten free food in Venice. Felt safe as we ran into other Celiacs eating there, but not as reassuring as some of the AIC certified spots in other cities. As others mentioned, server brought out a few complimentary dishes that were not gluten free. It would have been nice if they could tailor these to dietary restrictions as well. That said, this seems to be a reliable and safe place for a decent meal.

Good pasta and tiramisu.
Only thing was they brought out lots of on the house starters (gnocchi, fried fish) none gf and my partner is fussy so they just took it away and others got free food of their bill! bread came in a packet and was ok.
We were told we had to eat and be done in an hour because they had a large booking that evening and staff were a little rude.

AMAZING Venetian seafood & Italian!! Highly recommend making a reservation a few hours in advance as the restaurant will fill up fast around 7 pm. On the chef, we were greeted with Gnochi for those that can eat gluten. One person in our party has Celiac Disease, and the waiter fully understood. For entrees, the menu is labeled with allergens and most dishes can also be made gluten free. Enjoyed the crab pasta. Dessert was tiramisu with grappo brought by the chef. 10/10 recommend!!
