Great food and service. Staff assured me that they took cross contamination precautions seriously. I had the poke—it was quite unique but super tasty. I’ll definitely go back the next time I am in Dallas.

Although they serve beers, unfortunately none were gluten free even though distributers in Dallas carry Red Bridge Beer—a truly GF beverage…

I always feel confident in ordering at True Foods since they are so knowledgeable about allergens/food intolerances. I am GF and DF and can always find something delicious to have the True Foods.

When ordering pizza, they put them in the same pizza oven as the gluten crust BUT they have them on trays so your pizza won’t be touching the same surface of the gluten pizza.

I also had the hummus and pita with GF pita bread- its was DELICIOUS, best GF bread I’ve had, made me a little skeptical, but no direct reaction as I could tell. Pizza and hummus were great and had none of my typical “glutened” reactions! I did have diarrhea the next day (not one of my typical reactions with gluten) so probably was something else.

Gluten free dishes were marked on their menu. A little pricey for the portions, but it was all fresh and I felt great after.

Excellent fresh food and GF knowledgeable staff. This is a great area to walk around and shop in, too.

This place has a healthy vibe, but if that’s not your thing don’t be wary, because the food is so tasty.

Wow! The food and service quality (Dallas) are amazing. I had the Kale and Avocado Dip w/ the most amazing GF Pita Chips; and the Street Tacos (listed as GF) on the menu. Chase, my server, is very knowledgable about the menu. The manager brought my food. I spoke with Chef Kevin who said there is a separate area of the kitchen for gluten free prep. Items like buns and pizza crusts are brought in from GF specialty vendors; as a safeguard against cross contamination. And, those items are individually wrapped. I will definitely return again this week do dinner!

Gluten free options safe for celiacs (but let the staff know about your celiac disease). The food could be tastier (specially the guacamole and the gluten free tortillas). Small portions for the price. The best was the excellent service and the comfortable atmosphere.
