This place is terrific for people with food allergies. They are very attentive to your needs and the food is fresh and healthy. Everything on menu is labeled and they will adapt dishes to accommodate your needs.

Our waiter Scott is so well versed in gluten free. I didn't have to ask make sure it's gluten free. He said he would make sure the food is separated ensuring no cross contamination. Outstanding food and drinks. Try the dazzling eyes drink and butternut squash soup!

Very knowledgeable staff, with the kitchen and servers trained about foods that minimize inflammation of all kinds. My wife who has Celiac's and is very gluten-sensitive felt completely fine afterwards and also enjoyed her meal a great deal.

So many yummy GF options! All GF items are marked on the menu and the staff was very knowledgeable. Love to get the burger and roasted butternut squash pizza with GF crust & vegan ricotta. They also have delicious GF cookies with vegan ice cream for dessert!

Amazing menu! GF friendly, not sure about cross contamination. Had the turkey burger with gf bun so good!

I have eaten here several times, never been glutened. When I went today the manager told me they have a new policy for the manager to bring out the food for anyone with a food allergy. I love that they take it so seriously.

My mom & I found this place on a whim while shopping at the mall, & it did not disappoint! Our server was very knowledgeable about celiac & cross-contamination, & he pointed in the direction of some amazing dishes. He explained that they’re a seasonal restaurant, so their menu changes each season to fit what is locally grown & in season for that time. As an appetizer, we split the hummus with gf pita. I haven’t had pita since being diagnosed, & this was amazing, so light & fluffy & served nice & warm. The hummus was delicious, and was served with a salad of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onions, and feta cheese. The olives were a little sweet, which lent a nice sweetness to the dish as a whole. As an entree, my mom had the butternut squash soup, which was a appetizer served as a main course. It was so delicious and creamy, and hard to believe it was a vegan dish. I enjoyed the shrimp tacos for my entree, & they were so flavorful, served with a side of cauliflower rice & street corn, which was one of the best bites I’ve had in a long time! To finish our evening, we shared the cookies & cream, which were two chocolate chip cookies serve the side of vanilla bean ice cream. The cookies were delicious and soft baked, with large chunks of chocolate in them. The ice cream was a great addition, & was served topped with cacao nibs. Overall, we enjoyed every bite we had here, & will definitely be returning in the future! We can’t wait to see what the next season brings for their menu!

Everything I get there is amazing!! They are super helpful and accommodating to all food requests and have a great selection!

First visit was great. Food was amazing and the desserts were to die for.

Second visit was the worst glutening I’ve had in a while even after confirming that it was allergy safe and followed safe procedures several times. Extensive gluten free menu and plenty of vegan and vegetarian options but a gluten-free menu is only as good as its execution.

Gluten free options safe for celiacs (but let the staff know about your celiac disease). The food could be tastier (specially the guacamole and the gluten free tortillas). Small portions for the price. The best was the excellent service and the comfortable atmosphere.

Ordered the cauliflower and yup my Nima sensor showed gluten. Ordered the salad, same thing. True Foods needs to do better.
