We had an amazing experience here. My husband is celiac and the manager came over and explained the many options that could be altered to be gluten free (marked on the menu) and how each was prepared separately.

The food was SO good and our experience was top notch. It is definitely be a new favorite!

I ate here for lunch today with my girlfriends & had a great time. They have a great patio! They have several items marked on their menu gf but I get the TruMac every single time. I absolutely love it & have never had problems!

The manager was great. She was very knowledgeable about celiac and accommodated me in every way. This is my first attempt since my diagnosis for celiac I’ll definitely be going back more.

Our family was there for brunch. I made our waiter aware that 2 of us were celiac, and she said she could not guarantee there would not be cross contamination. We continued with our order on the basis that they had been very conscientious about making our food safe in the past. We ordered from gluten free menus and both of us had symptoms that afternoon. Beyond that, the food was so-so at best. Not worth the risk.

Last ate here a few years ago with no issues. Things have changed, waiter was not knowledgeable and we should have left. My celiac daughter was vomiting 3 hours later.

Really good food. High quality ingredients and delicious. We placed a take out order via phone and the gal who took our order knew that the fries were fried in a common fryer and so were probably not safe. We had the Caesar salad instead.

Sat down with a gluten free menu, asked waiter if the sweet potato fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. He said no, they have no separate kitchen areas; gluten free buns are grilled on the same grill as regular buns, etc. He added “we’re ‘gluten friendly’ not gluten free.” We left.

Had the Akaushi burger and it was delicious. I have celiac and didn’t get sick. Also had the Caesar salad for a side and it was just the right size and also very tasty.

They do have a separate gluten free menu and the server was very nice. However, the food was very bland (my husband said that his glutinous food was had no flavor) and the GF burger bun was so dry...worst of all I was sick the next day.

Trufire was superb! Very good gf menu with pizza, great salads, & burgers. My husband & I shared a gf burger & the bartender/waiter, Amber, noticed as soon as it was down in front of us that it wasn't gf! Kudoes to her. The sweet potato fries were great. Splurge night for me, but worth it! Def a 2 👍🏻up!

Service here is really great! They are incredibly accommodating for someone who had a gluten allergy. My husband has celiac so it's difficult to find places that he feels safe in. He had their burger and he said it was just okay taste wise, but their gluten free hummus was amazing! Their gluten free cheese board was delicious as well and I still enjoy my gluten filled foods. Overall we will definitely come back here.

A lot of gluten free options and food is fantastic! One of our favorites! My daughter always has their gluten free pasta. They have gf bread too. All salad dressings are gf too!

They offer a very generous sized GF menu that even includes bread and pasta. Food was very good as was the service.

Oh my goodness! A legit gluten free menu! We started with the crab dip that came with gluten free pita bread! Wow! Highly recommend that...! I had the Spicy Garlic Noodles. What can I say? Noodles?... Just like everyone else... Yum. My husband had the Napa Chicken, oh so good! We ended with the chocolate cake, the only substitution being the ice cream (the waiter knew to substitute vanilla bean). Excellent food and OUTSTANDING service. We can't wait to go back. They are VERY knowledgeable about gluten.

Awesome gluten free bread. They have a gluten free menu. Loved the naked avocado salad! Visiting the area and will go back before the end of our trip.

Love this place! Lots of amazing dishes to satisfy GF needs. They will supplement when they can. Their bread that comes with cheese tray is amazing (I really had a hard time believing it was okay to eat, but tummy confirmed I was ok!)

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to my Celiac's my son has a dairy allegery. When we asked our waitress for a recommendation for him she had great ideas to offer and a few off the menu. I had the spinach & quinoa salad and added the steak. The salad was full of flavor and delicious. I look forward to going back to try a few other menu items.

Most extensive gluten free menu EVER, including appetizers, main courses, sides, desserts, and drinks! They were super nice about serving me and even told me how items were cooked to protect me.

The food is very good, but the prices are so high! It's about $20 for a pasta dish with chicken in it. I can afford to eat there, but I just won't eat there often for that price. I don't feel that it is worth that price. I do believe they are careful because I didn't get sick from the food.

I had the gf pita and hummus as an appetizer. The bread was more like a flat piece of bread than pita but it was warm and delicious. For my main meal I had the diablo gf pasta with sausage. The dish was spectacular! TruFire has set the bar for how gf pasta can taste! We will definitely be back.

Diagnosed with Celiac in 2010 and am very sensitive to gluten and corn. The staff here is knowledgeable and nice! Didn't get sick so we will try again soon!

One of my favorites before GF and even more so since they added the GF menu. TruFire is a certified GF facility and takes it seriously. Husband enjoyed his garlic noodles and I had seared ahi tuna with an avocado mango salsa. Yummy! They also had hummus with GF pita chips and a chocolate flour less cake.
