So first, let me state I test food in restaurants with the Nima Sensor. Right off the bat, they have no dedicated fryers. However, even some dishes purportedly made in the oven (e.g. bhindi masala) rest positive for gluten. I was able to eat basmati rice, chicken tikka masala and aloo ghobi. If you have celiac disease this is *not* a place to eat without a way to test your food before eating.

They do not have a dedicated fryer, but the menu indicates what choices are gluten free (as well as free of other allergens). The waitress pointed out that some of the appetizers are fried in a cross contaminated fryer even though they are labelled as GF on the menu. There were plenty of safe options and the food was outstanding!!
