This place is not safe at all to eat as celiac. I've been to vapiano in Europe and that was a totally different expirience. The chef is not aware of what he is preparing and if it is gluten-free or not. The gluten-free pasta is not cooked correctly, still hard, not al dente at all. And you pay extra for gluten-free, but you get a kiddy size portion

Had the risotto. 2/4 risotto options were gluten free. I went for the onion and mushroom. Really tasty. Was quite worried about cross contamination but came out feeling great.

As a coeliac I am pretty careful with asking questions before hand. I was told by greeting staff, that they don’t cater for coeliac. As family was hungry, we sat to look at the menu. No waitstaff take your order, instead you order on your phone where I saw that I could select a GFO meal. I selected the chicken pasta dish and the GFO options are Zoodles or Gnocchi labeled “I am a coeliac”. No zoodles available so had gnocchi. I the. Had the waitstaff come out and questioned my order as chicken is not gluten free. Option given was to have prawns, which didn’t taste too nice in the spinach option for my chicken. Overall: pastas were rubbery, gnocchi really doughy, nice ambience, not all Items identified as having gluten.

We enjoyed a meal here over the holidays. Our celiac daughter loved her pasta. My husband tried the GF pizza and said it was good.

The food was fantastic and the chefs were very mindful of cross-contamination. You watch them make the food, so you can see the steps they take to make it celiac-friendly. Celiacs cannot eat the pizzas, but can choose from zoodles, gnocci, or hemp fettuccine to make any pasta dish gf.

I was a little hesitant when I arrived but counted on the good reviews. The pizza was very good. It did look like they used a premade base but it was better than any premade base in the US. I did not get sick and it tasted great.

Ate here twice while I was in Sydney. First time I got the GF pasta and the second time I got GF pizza. Did not get sick either time. Both times the staff asked if I was celiac and were very careful. Definitely recommend them.

They cooked the gnocchi in its own water and own pan separate from other pastas (see photo) as soon as I mentioned I was coeliac. They also told me they were going to do this to ensure it was safe before I even got to ask how the pasta was cooked. The sauce was delicious, gnocchi was well cooked and my meal was carefully prepared.

They were out of the gnocchi when I went, but the risotto was very good. They used a separate pot to make my food and were very careful

Went there twice and both times had no issues. I had the gnocchi with bolognese sauce and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

The GF gnocchi is celiac safe. However the pizza looks to be cross contaminated with same sauce and ladles used for both GF and regular pizzas. Flour is being tossed around all the ingredients and sauces on the same line. I wouldn’t order from the pizza line as a celiac. We enjoyed the pesto sauce with gnocchi and it was delicious!!

They have gf gnocchi and many sauces that are gf; and gf rissoto. They will make in a separate pan but watch for cross contam in the many sauce ingredients.

Neat concept where they make your food fresh in front of you. Happy hour 4-6, so grab a drink before standing in line because the line for pasta and risotto can be long. The pizza can be done GF but for a $5 charge and they use the same oven as the other pizzas. The risotto is GF and celiac safe as is the pasta (only GF choice is gnocchi for $4 extra). Kind of pricey for pizza/pasta it the HH drink prices are good and the food is very good.

The food was delicious! There is a very good selection of gluten free options on the menu. They advise the gluten free gnocchi for coeliac customers. The staff know to change their gloves before handling anything and will cook the gluten free pasta separately from all other pasta. They were very careful to ensure a safe meal for me, I will definitely return!

Delicious Italian food at a reasonable price. Gluten-free options are called out clearly on their menu and most of the pasta sauces can be paired with their GF Gnocchi (cooked separate from the pasta if you request gluten free.) There's a wide variety to please everyone in your party and plenty of seating.
