Visiting from out of town and this one is a favorite. Staff is super knowledgeable about gluten allergies and everything is marked when it comes out.

Deep dish gluten free pizza??? It’s SO good. I ordered online and there was not only marked gluten free options and an option to mark a gluten allergy. I didn’t have any cross contamination symptoms at all.

The staff was super friendly and clearly understood celiac. They use separate equipment for the pizza and cheesy bread. They are also deep dish!! They accidentally made a gluten pizza but informed us before they even brought it out and made a gf one. Very yummy!!

I have celiac and have a terrible reaction to whenever I eat gluten. I got no reaction at all from their gluten free deep dish pizza.

I LOVE their pizza. You would never know you're eating gluten free crust, you can also request gluten free cheese bread. It's a bit pricey but definitely worth it once in awhile! I've never had a reaction after eating here and the staff is very kind and accommodating.

Not safe for celiac. Avoid
The food and Customer Service were excellent BUT I got really sick afterward. Not sure if it’s cross contamination or certain Ingredients they think are GF but beware. I have celiac disease.

The pizzas were great, they even have dairy free options where they will use dairy free cheese. This was my first time, and the gluten free cinnamon sticks were a surprise find for me.

The best gluten free pizza! Great place if you have celiac disease, however don’t eat here if you are allergic to wheat as they use gluten removed wheat flour for their pizza crust. Be sure to tell the waiter about your dietary needs, but I’ve always had a great experience with it! Their breadsticks and dessert cinnamon sticks are the best!!

Best GF pizza I’ve had and cinnamon sticks! Finally a thick crust pizza option. Can make GF cheese bread as well but we did not try it.

I got sick :( I did a delivery order, so I’m not sure they understood how serious they needed to be about cross contamination. It tasted delicious, might be worth trying again in person.

Best gluten free pizza I have had in a long time. Love the Detroit style pizza and the fact that the gf pizza has such an amazing flavor, crispness and thickness. The gf dough is also vegan, which makes it great for those who are also plant based. Staff were all very aware and knowledgeable, which helped me know it was a great place to eat.

Drove down here from Salt Lake after calling first to make sure they had GF pizza. When we got here we waited for 45 minutes to be seated. Then they said they were OUT of GF pizza. Watch out. Had to leave and eat in and out

Not sure why, but I got VERY sick. I’m willing to give it a try again, but I don’t feel super safe with it.
It was the only thing I ate that day differently from foods I prepared and have eaten before, so I know that it was this. Just beware that it is a pizza restaurant that has flour in their facility. Try at your own discretion. I’m also a highly sensitive Celiac.

I definitely eat here a LOT! I am highly sensitive and very allergic and I have never had an issue. The owner’s wife is celiac. The gluten free flour they use is directly imported from Italy and it has a consistency like no other. Like any new establishment, not all servers will be as knowledgeable as we would love them to be so be very thorough when ordering or ask to order with the manager just to be safe.

Eaten here twice, took FOREVER to get our food, and we just had it boxed up the first time. They gave us free pizza coupons for next time, and we went again on a Tuesday at like 3pm.. not too busy but still took forever and I got super sick the second time 😭 unfortunately I can’t eat here anymore. It did taste good tho! The waiter told me that it’s still wheat, they just extracted the gluten….. 😐 soooo not sure if it’s even celiac safe..? Hmmm.

I LOVE their GF pizza crust. It doesn’t even taste like it’s GF or has a GF texture. It’s like I was eating regular pizza. They can make any pizza on the menu GF AND their Cinnastix can be GF as well! The staff is very mindful when it comes to gluten sensitivities too. I am only going here for now on for all my GF pizzas 😋

My wife has Celiac and doesn’t eat dairy. Everyone was very accommodating. The pizza is THICK which is hard to find! It gets very pricey once you add gluten and dairy free. But, well worth it.
