Found a regular wheat-filled noodle in my gluten free dish. Not careful enough about cross-contamination. Will not be eating here again

Food was excellent and so was the service. I have celiac and other serious allergies and I felt very comfortable here. Our waiter Zach was fabulous and food came out with allergy markings. Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, chicken piccata and chicken parmesan were delicious. Generous portion sizes and an elegant atmosphere.

Food was mid. Lots of options for gluten free options, but most had complete omissions of certain things and strange subs if lucky. Cucumber slices instead of crostata with an appetizer. I could've gotten a lobster roll, without the roll.
My chicken parm was one of the meals I've had. It had no breading, the meat was a little tough, the pasta had no texture, and the sauce was acidic. The salad was also too acidic.
I got a flourless chocolate cake, which was pretty good.

I had a very positive experience eating lunch here! There’s a separate gf menu, most items can be made gf, and staff seemed knowledgeable and accommodating.

I never had a problem with this place. Great food. They do a great job. I have gone for brunch and dinner. The pizza and dessert is my absolute favorite.

I feel bamboozled after reading the reviews here and going based on that. 😆 They have a GF menu and even a GF menu for their “Lobster Fest” but THE REGULAR MENU ITEM MINUS HALF THE INGREDIENTS DOES NOT A GLUTEN FREE DISH MAKE. With so many options now it’s so lazy to not have sourced GF bread for your, say, FONDUE dishes.
My food was barely tolerable. First time I’ve had lobster the texture of overdone cod. So tough. My kid had A1 sauce for the first time in his life because I had to come up with a way to make his steak frites have some flavor.
Spouses pancetta was good. Service was good. Food was lacking and options were half-arsed afterthoughts.

I had an amazing experience at VIA! I am gluten intolerant. They have a separate gluten free menu that has red binding so that it alerts the waiters. When the food came, they announced that it was the gluten free version of the meal and I did not have to double check it. I thought they had a large variety of options that were in all price ranges. They also had what I would consider speciality foods such as filet mignon and short rib pasta made gluten free. I highly recommend VIA for a casual fine dining experience!

Have celiac. Ordered chicken parm w gf pasta and the chicken came out breaded. I asked if the breading was gf and they said no, and took the plate back and made a new one. Good thing I was paying attention. They usually do a good job with gf but this incident made me decide to only order stuff that’s already normally gf like fish, salads, etc. I loved their asparagus goat cheese salad but last time I was there it was off the menu. Anyway... celiac is serious so double check about your gf dish!!
Large GF menu! Including very yummy pasta.
Extensive gluten free menu featuring gluten free pasta.

Just went there for lunch - never been sicker. My stomach is in such pain. It looks like they've had great reviews but I am so sick right now. Maybe I had a bad waiter or chef?
Great food. Reasonably priced. Attentive, knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating as I have multiple allergies.

Food was very good. They have gf pasta. I'm gluten intolerant and did not get sick.
Excellent food and excellent service. Pretty close to Celiac friendly.
decent sized GF menu, but the food wasn't very good (went twice). waitress didn't really understand GF needs.
Many gluten free options but the food was not good.

Love the gluten free pasta. They had another menu just for gluten free meals and it made it easy to pick out dinner. Pricey.
Via is one of my go-to places in Worcester for GF. Dinner can be a bit pricey, but lunch is really affordable and a good option.
They have a separate GF menu, so ask before your server sits you down if you remember. I've eaten here at least a dozen times and never had trouble. Servers seem to be knowledgeable and there are plenty of options to eat. You won't feel sad with your piece of grilled chicken and plain salad here. I always get the bolognese sauce, except on my birthday when I'll get the surf, turf and pasta, which is steak, lobster and bolognese, haha. You can tell the pasta is gf, but it is very good quality and frankly I like that, because I feel more confident that it is safe.

Best gf pasta I have had! Just like Nona's
GF pasta was really good! Everyone enjoyed their meal. Server was well educated on GF options. Had a nice patio for summer. The only complaint was I wish they had GF pizza.
A pleasant surprise. The gf pasta is very good. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Their gf menu has expanded since I was last here. Strongly recommended.
They are awesome!!!!
