Review of Volcano House

Rim Restaurant is a lovely restaurant with huge glass windows inside the historic Volcano House hotel, which overlooks the Kilauea Caldera and showcases spectacular views of the billowing Halema'uma'u Crater. All food is locally sourced. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner - but in my opinion dinner is when you want to dine here. Not only are there many delicious gluten free options such as warm squash soup, spinach and goat cheese stuffed chicken and mango creme brûlée, the view of the glowing volcanic crater at night is spectacular!
