I got glutened. My server was not knowledgeable about what, if any, toppings would be safe on a waffle. I ordered a GF waffle with bananas and blueberries only, to be safe. Server asked a manager if the syrup would be safe and they said 'yes.' Evidently they make it in house. Somehow, I still got glutened. I don't think they take any precautions to avoid cross contamination. The staff is not knowledgeable.

I had the chunky monkey gf waffles. Hard to believe it was gf because it was so good! No cc issues. Will definitely go back! So many things to try!

I've been to the Wexford location many, many times and every once in awhile I get glutened. I've managed to wave away most of those times, but recently had an experience where I was just immediately and undoubtedly glutened. It's a shame, their waffles are very tasty.

(For other allergens, too, they're somewhat lax, so if you have something other than gluten issues you'll have to be careful with those, too)

The mega berry GF waffle was incredible! I felt fine afterward so no cross contamination. It helps when you are the first customer of the day! Odd that a breakfast place doesn’t open earlier than 8:00 am. I would definitely come back again

We had a nice breakfast. Most everything can be made GF! Very good

This place has a high level of allergen awareness. There are lots of gluten free menu items, and the waffle batter is both gluten free and dairy free. Our server was well trained to ask for sensitivities beyond gluten to make sure I had a meal that was safe AND delicious.

My son who has celiac said they were the best gluten free waffles he has ever had. Our server was listening intently to make sure he got the order right. His order came without the bacon, but he chalked that up to it must not have been cooked safely so they left it off.

The staff is extremely lacking in knowledge when it comes to what gluten is. When asking if certain items were gluten free the waitress responded "I don't think it has milk so you should be fine." After confirming what I ordered was supposedly gluten free, there was a mix up with the food. When asking two of the waitresses if the food was okay to eat they responded yeah it should be okay for gluten, it doesn't have any milk in it or anything. I responded and said that gluten is not milk when the one waitress responded "I don't know what gluten is I'm just the messenger." This made me very nervous as a celiac to eat there. Good place to eat if you're not celiac, but those who are celiac I would be extremely cautious eating here.

I am gluten intolerant (non-celiac). I haven't had waffles in over 5 years. Absolutely delicious waffles and no reaction! I highly recommend for breakfast! I had the Megaberry and was blown away.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their menu - if the kitchen is unsure about an item and whether or not it’s gluten free they will ask you. With severe reactions from celiac disease, I have not reacted once after being to Waffles Incaffeinated multiple times

I had the Breakfast Magic waffle and it was delicious. The only slight problem was the egg wasn’t as warm as I would have liked it. No issues after eating.

They do, in fact, have both a dedicated, waffle maker, and dedicated fryer, so I’m not sure where the other reviewer got the idea that they don’t. I spoke with the manager before I went today to make sure. My waffle was delicious and my husband, who does not have celiac, enjoyed his as well.
