Review of Waypoint Public

No special gluten free menu but the staff is VERY knowledgable of celiac disease and other allergens and explained the precautions they would be taking in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination. Just let them know of your intolerances/allergies before you order! I tried to be low maintenance and just order something that seemed safe and the plate came out with toast. They remade everything, pan fried my potatoes since they don't have a dedicated fryer. Also super nice about all of it and didn't make me feel like a freak like some other restaurants can. Yes
