I was skeptical about their safety, but spoke with the manager on duty (Rowan) who ensured me the GF stromboli and garlic knots are cooked in a separate part of the oven away from the glutenous ones, separate toppings, sauce, utensils, and served on plates that denote GF. I got it to go so I didn't see the plate, but she made me feel super comfortable with their procedures.
She also assured me they have several staff who have Celiac and eat there daily. Apparently the staff really rave about their gf penne, and all of their sauces are GF, so I may try the pasta next time I'm up that way.

I currently work here. I have celiac and I would consider myself highly sensitive. I’ve eaten here almost daily for around 7 months now and have not been sick. To help cut down on cross contamination risk I would highly suggest going with a pasta. It is cooked in a separate pot and almost every pasta can be made gluten free (chicken parm sub grilled chicken and chicken Marsala are my favorites.) The staff does our best to limit cross contamination and several people have knowledge/ have celiac disease who work here. The boli’s and Pizzas can be gluten free and are always cooked on a separate tray but flour being in the air can definitely affect some people which is why I recommend a pasta dish.

Pizza crust by the gluten free bistro
They act like they are understanding of gluten free but they cross contaminate everything. I guess they think if they serve it on a different colored plate it make it’s gluten free. Nima censor detected gluten in everything I ordered. Not for celiacs and frankly not for anyone who needs to be gluten free.

Love this place!! I eat here often and it is safe for celiacs. They use green plates for ALL gf foods. It's how they keep it seperate from the full gluten things. Highly recommend!

Awesome gem! The owner is very Gluten conscious. Stromboli was incredible, honey pizza was a fun flavor combo. The Margareta pizza was a but bland. Garlic knots were chewy, but great when you dipped them in the homemade marinara. had the Ceasars with no croutons. Cool decor. Would highly recommend. no reactions other than being full and happy!

We had eaten here a few times and it was very good. However, the other night, they put meatballs on my girlfriend's Build Your Own gluten free stromboli. She did not ask for meatballs. Their meatballs have gluten in them, and she got severely glutened. She realized halfway through and tried to make herself throw up, but the damage was done. She's been suffering the effects of a severe glutening since that meal.
They also put onions in my "no onion" order, but that's much less bad of an issue.
I called that night and explained and they refunded the cost of her stromboli, but we won't be able to go back unfortunately. This experience was just too bad for her.
