Pizza is made in shared oven, but the pasta has no cross contact. Best Alfredo ever! Worth going if you want a great bowl of pasta and knowledgeable waitstaff.

Delicious food! I got the gluten free pizza, I asked about protocol and they advised that they use a pizza oven but place it on a separate tray. They said they can’t guarantee no CC because the air in the pizza oven. I really enjoyed and wasn’t sick afterwards!

Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten. Told her I could not have cross contamination so she recommended the salmon. The dish was amazing. Second time here and I got the salmon both times. Prepared differently each time.

Gluten free pizza crust is excellent! They have several good gluten free options but you need to ask the server for the options.

It was good! I had the roasted chicken with potatoes and green beans. The only other options that avoid cross contamination are fish and salads, but the food tasted good and the wait staff are knowledgeable.

I asked the server what was safe for Celiac and she told me the head chef has Celiac. The Chef recommended Florida Red Snapper with a fennel salad. It was excellent. Although nothing on the menu was marked gluten-free, I felt much more relaxed about ordering after hearing about the Celiac chef.

Not too many gluten free options overall. We had the gluten free pizza, and the crust was incredible and a good portion size to share at a 12” pizza for $22. BUT... they cook the pizza in the same stone oven as regular pizzas and the server said they couldn’t put foil underneath for some reason. In hindsight I’d recommend getting a manager involved and making sure they put foil under the pizza. Though it was the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had

Save your money and go somewhere else!!! The menu is very small, and the majority of the items were not gluten free. They have gluten free pasta and pizza dough but you can’t order the options because of wheat in the sauces, or items themselves. I had to order the spaghetti and meatballs without the meatballs because they contain bread crumbs. When my pasta came out it was 1/2 cooked, and just had red sauce. Could have made that at home and saved $29. My boyfriend who is not gluten free was not impressed by his meal either. Would not recommend.
While the staff is knowledgeable about gluten, the server and manager said that there is no cross contamination protocol for the pizza so it’s not safe. The Mac n Cheese sauce has gluten so the only pasta options are spaghetti and meatballs and bolognese sauce. The burger can be served without a bun.

Excellent option in Disney Springs! Best pizza crust EVER! For pasta, only have spaghetti available, but very good quality.
