Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

Ordered and they made mine in the back, away from all the contaminated toppings in the front. They cooked the pizza in a tin so it wouldn’t touch anything else. I watched just to make sure they cut it with a separate pizza cutter. They don’t mark if their toppings are gluten free or not, so keep that in mind. Had no problems, would go back for sure!

Amazing ! Eaten here many times and never had an issue. The one time I’ve had an issue the manager had them remake the pizza when someone used the wrong pizza cutter without me even needing to even ask. Tastes great too!

Great place! They take cross contamination precautions very seriously and always ask if it’s an allergy or a preference. I usually get the lineage supreme on gf crust, and it’s always safe and delicious!

They do an amazing job with gluten free pizzas! They make the pizzas in the back with separate ingredients, change their gloves, etc. I’ve eaten here a number of times and haven’t gotten sick.

I have eaten here MANY times! I had one incident where it somehow got cross contaminated, and the manager was furious! Everything is made completely separately, and they have a person that stays clean to make the g free pizzas. Try this if you are craving pizza!

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.

We walked for Blocks to find this place and it was Closed. It appears to be permanent.
