We called ahead to check if someone with Celiac and nut allergies would be able to eat the pizza. The guy I spoke with even read the ingredients in the crust. The pizza was delicious and we had no problems.

When we stepped up to order and asked for a GF pizza pie they asked if it was for an allergy or diet choice. When we said allergy they took note, prepared our pizza in a completely separate section away from where the rest of the pizzas were prepared, I witnessed the cook change his gloves and wash his hands after getting our order even though he was already in the GF section - just to be extra safe, he used toppings that were kept separate from the rest that could have been contaminated, the receipt even had a separate medical allergy annotation, and when they delivered our food to the table the kitchen runner confirmed that this was a GF dish prepared for allergy. Extremely impressed with how well their company is setup to handle our GF food options. They even offered a GF beer and a cider. Their food was tasty and their service quick.
Really good pizza. Asked if pizza needed to be prepared in the back (separate location from all the gluten). Pizza baked in its own pan too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They change their gloves and make the gluten free pizza away from other pizzas. This is a great place to eat with non-GF friends because everyone can get exactly what they want. I've had a good experience every time I come here.

Very knowledgable on making gluten free safe/safer. I ordered gluten free crust and stressed that I have Celiac/gluten allergy. They made my pizza in the walk in cooler, changed their gloves and used fresh toppings from the cooler to avoid cross contamination. AND The gluten free pizza was Amazing!!! Beyond happy with my experience here. Will definitely be back when in the area!!

Pizza was ok. I would say 3 out of 5 stars. One was burnt and very hard to eat. Be sure to say Celiac Disease as they have special prep area.
Dough, sauce and cheese were all great! We ordered all cheese pizzas for takeout and it was fast and friendly. They asked if the GF was medical or preference which I found very impressive (first time a restaurant has done that!) my only mistake was not asking them to distinguish the GF box from others because all looked the same (again first time GF didn't look especially different from regular!) overall wonderful, wish they had one at home, id have a new go-to!
tThey have separate area where they prepare GF pizza and keep toppings separate so semolina flour doesn't contaminate toppings. Asked if I ate GF due to dietary preference or medical reasons so they can prepare accordingly (if don't have celiac, they use toppings they from non GF area). Staff was very nice and no eye rolls. Ate here 2 days in a row with no incidents

Great g free options and good cross contamination avoidance practices. staff was well educated and trained. Surprisingly had no side effects despite there being a lot of regular pizza flour visible.

We went to Your Pie because our daughter has celiac. Even though I don't have celiac, I ordered the gluten free pizza and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free and they made sure they made my daughter's pizza in a different place from where they prepare the regular pizzas. The crust is amazing and there are tons of options for toppings. Fabulous place! I only wish they had one in Seattle!

The woman happily explained how they make the GF pizzas in the back and bake it on a separate tray in the oven/fire. Waited maybe 10 minutes for our order and it was one of the best GF pizza crust I've ever had (much better than MM). Wish we had one in our hometown.
Pizza was the best I have had since I went gluten free. Actually are there twice in one weekend. Had a dedicated area where gluten free was prepared. Highly recommend it!

Interesting concept for a pizza restaurant- basically subway for pizza. Any of the pizza can be made gluten free. Best gluten free pizza crust I've ever had! The oil base was a little bland.
Very tasty gluten free pizza. Friendly knowledgable staff. They made my pizza to order in a separate area with fresh gloves. They even created a red-sauce free, white pizza for my son who doesn't like pizza. He loved it.

Good pizza. I think the crust is the same as mellow mushroom. Flatbread style. Toppings were good. I had the Nat. Side caprese salad good and they had a GF beer that was ok. Best was that they have a separate prep area with separate toppings and are very knowledgeable about GF.

So. Good. Seriously. Best GF pizza I've ever had - and I've tried a lot. Obviously one has to adjust their expectations when eating GF pizza crust- it's not going to be like a NY slice. This crust had a bit of a cracker-like texture and a nice flavor. Toppings were delish. Only non-GF topping is meatballs. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. GF pizzas are prepared in a completely separate area.

Talk about GREAT gluten-free pizza, this is definitely the place! First here are some of the mechanics: tell them you need gluten- free; you have a choice of about 5 basic sauces; you have a wide variety of toppings, including sausage (they've started using a new source for this that is now GF), including many fresh vegies; GF pizzas are prepared in the back with uncontaminated items. I was a little worried when I first started my order, but was told that the GF pizzas was assembled in a totally different area. The crust is thin, crisp, and quite tasty. Pizzas size is medium, but the same size as non-GF pies. This is the BEST GF pizza I've had since I found out I had Celiac.

They have a separate kitchen for Celiac Disease! You go in and walk down a line of food toppings and tell them what you want. They take your order and go to the back. it only took two minutes longer to bake mine and they were so understanding! even had separate ingredients in the back so no cross contamination could happen. ALL TOPPINGS ARE INCLUDED so any other allergies you may have are totally fine. NEW FAVORITE PLACE! They even have GF gelato! yummy!
I have a super bad allergy. it's visible on my skin to Everyone when I'm glutened. These guys are awesome! I was traveling from Seattle, WA and they took such good care of me! They made me GF pizza in the back with gloves on and a salad to make sure I'd be reaction free. ABSOLUTELY Recommend!!!
It was good. Nice place. It's like subway for pizza. Service was slow because not enough people working but it may have just been this night seems like they might have been short staff. They were friendly and knew to cook pizza separate and prepared separate too. Other restaurants around it too but don't know if gf. Outside eating available too. Pizza was good pretty thin crust too.
Their pizza is good, though I agree with the reviewer that said the toppings can be kind of sparse. I ate here a couple of times without an issue. The last time I ate there I got glutened. I feel like I should have known, there was flour everywhere in front and the guy that made my pizza in the back had it all over his apron. I was so disappointed after eating there made me sick, it was the only pizza place in town that I liked. Three stars because their pizza is good, just be really sure that the person making your pizza is very aware of how cross-contamination occurs.
At one time this was my go to place for pizza. I thought it was the best around. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and do not use the same utensils or food from gluten pizza. They changed the crust. I am not that fond of the new crust. Might need to get just a salad when I eat there
We went here twice while visiting Athens for our nephew's wedding, and had a great experience both times!! The staff was well-informed and knowledgeable. As soon as I said I needed a gluten-free pizza and mentioned the word "allergy," the gentleman behind the counter immediately took off the gloves he was wearing, grabbed a pen & paper and wrote down my order so that he could go in the BACK, to a completely dedicated area, to prepare my pizza. I asked for the crust to be a little "extra-crispy" (I find when I ask this, in general, my GF pizza crusts come out better) and the pizza came out perfect! They even carried bottles of ACE Hard Apple Cider (naturally gluten-free) at this location, and it was the perfect compliment to my yummy GF lunch. :-)
They have a gluten free pizza crust and will prepare your pizza in a separate location. if you tell them you need gluten free, they tell you which toppings are safe and wash their hands first. However, all pizzas are fired in same oven, so I'm not sure exactly how celiac friendly it is but it is an awesome option for gluten free pizza!

Went to the grand opening today and was able to talk to the CEO of the company. Gluten Free pizza was awesome! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about what items have gluten in them. GF pizza is prepared in the back, but you must tell them if you have the allergy when ordering , otherwise they will prepare it in the same area as the other pizzas. Pizza was cooked in its own container in the oven which you can see cooking as it is an open kitchen. The Gelato is great as well!!
I eat here about once a week and have never gotten sick. I pretty much don't even have to order anymore - they know when I walk in the door what to make. When you order gluten free, they will ask you if it's an allergy or preference. When you state allergy, they make your pizza in the back. Their website says the chicken has soy sauce so beware of it. They have dairy free cheese too. Staff is awesome and owner always comes over to make sure everything is okay. Love it!
Pretty decent pizza, reasonable prices. My mom being recently hit with the allergy we tried this place. They prepare it in a separate enviornment. Food was pretty good but the after lunch rush staff was kinda unfriendly. If you can get over that the pizzas are pretty awesome.
I found this place while traveling. I was thrilled to find a pizza place that was knowledgable about Celiac. The staff was extremely friendly and took all the necessary precautions. There were tons of topping options and the pizza was great. We have recently gone back and had the same wonderful experience. I am extremely sensitive and no reaction either time. If you enjoy pizza that's not a prepackaged one, then you will love this place. Highly recommend!
YOUR PIE was wonderful and VERY aware of possible cross-contamination issues...they took every precaution to make sure my meal was safely prepared!!! We are visiting from Las Vegas and actually got pizza here LAST night too (we had originally planned to go to a different restaurant tonight that had advertised GF options, and after talking with their clueless staff decided it was NOT a safe option...so we are back at "Your Pie" for a second night!!). Your pie has great gf options however with the kitchen setup "subway" style, hands that have just been tossing dough are reaching into containers of condiments. I had a great caprese salad with no issues and loved being able to "create my own" salad or pizza but cross contamination seemed like a huge risk.
When I first entered, I was worried since all the regular pizzas are tossed in the front and there was flour everywhere in the area but when I asked about GF, the girl changed her gloves, took the order, and took it to the back, where they made and baked the pizza separately, and the manager brought it out. It took a little longer since they burned the first one but they came out, explained the delay, and then gave us a coupon for our next visit without us asking. The pizza was delicious and neither my son or I got sick at all. They have a great variety of toppings too. Would come here again for sure.
There is a $3 up charge on gf crusts but no up charge on Daiya cheese. That was a nice surprise. I didn't understand when I went in that all toppings were included in the price, so I just ordered pepperoni, but next time I will load that gfdf pizza up. The crust was delicious!!
Asked for gluten free because of an allergy and the guy got an attitude with me and then they said they're not the ones making my pizza so they didn't know what would be contaminated with it and what would happen to me. Left the line immediately. Very irritating when I can't eat many places and I can't even rely on this place. Don't sell gluten free if you can't accommodate celiacs.
As far as gluten free pizza goes, this is good. The outside edge and bottom are crispy and the inside was cooked through. Eat while it is hot as it gets gummy when room temp. The dough (made by Santa Glutine) is pre-formed and kept in its own aluminum tray, it is loaded up with your requested toppings, and placed in same brick oven as regular pizzas while still in its own pan. I don't think the restaurant will suffice for anyone with celiac. Flour is too close to all of the toppings and one can't ensure there won't be cross contamination. They offer to make the pizza in the back which would help those with celiac.
