They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

Separate gluten free dough is made in the back and baked in on separate or foil-covered tray. They can get toppings that are cross-contamination free. Gluten free pizza is not marked, but it's a thin style crust vs. puffy gluten crust so it's easy to tell. Gluten free options include pizza, salad (with some dressings!), and gelato/sorbet. The pizza crust was fine, but nothing special for gluten free. Cheese/toppings and gelato were great!
They don't have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but have a list each for which menu items contain gluten, dairy, and nuts. There is a dairy free, vegan cheese option.
I did not get glutened and am fairly sensitive. Of course, make sure to speak up about your needs and confirm that the steps they are taking are adequate for you.

They were very careful, changed gloves, made our food in the back, used new ingredients, and put it on its own foil tray. We really appreciated the effort!

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
Very diligent with cross contamination, lots of great options

Service was great! The staff was well trained and knew how to handle GF without any contamination..Our son is celiac and cannot risk any cross contamination. They baked his pizza in a separate oven. He loved the pizza and GF gelato! He can't wait to go back! I love that's it's safe and tasty!

Great experience! Owner took my daughters pizza in the back area to prep as well as cut it. It is very obvious that they take allergens seriously. Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe option. (And the pizza was delicious as well).

10 inch GF crust. If you tell them it's an allegy they will prepare and cook it in the back to avoid cross contamination. No GF beer or cider, but a good selection of Wines. Bonus, they have Gelato for desert.

I can’t say enough about this place!! They ask up front is it an allergy or a preference. If it’s an allergy/celiac they make your pizza in the back. The server must REMOVE their apron and wash their hands. (No gluten is tossed in the back) They use only ingredients from the back fridge which have never been near gluten. They put the pizza in a metal pan used only for gluten free and place a metal ring around the pizza while it goes in the oven. The very same server just STAY in the back until your pizza is done. How amazing, the steps they take for your health! Phenomenal! They also offer dairy free cheese.

They make/cook the gluten free pies in the back and fresh cut some ingredients (verse take them off the contaminated line) since they don’t store them. Owner is super friendly and the staff is great.
Yes
Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They have a GF crust and prepare your pizza in a designated room. I’ve been here many times and the pizza is good.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
